I love this community and my apartment! The amenities are amazing and the apartments themselves are quite luxurious. I really like the layout of my unit as it is very practical, contemporary and stylish. This is a very beautiful property that I am so proud to call my home.
In addition to the overall quality of the property itself, is the quality of the personnel that AMLI has assigned to this property. The Community Manager Janet, the leasing office staff and the maintenance staff are
...absolutely wonderful. They are all very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely seem to care about the needs and concerns of the residents. People like Janet, Cristal, Harvee, Raul and many others truly help make the quality of living at AMLI an exceptional experience.
The maintenance staff at this property is unbelievably good. They are very professional in appearance, are polite and courteous, and do an amazing job of addressing any issues that a resident may have with their unit in a very timely fashion. They have a standard of 48 hours from the time a resident submits a non-emergency repair request to resolve the ticket. But, in my personal experiences, they usually complete the work in 24 hours or less. Amazing service!
The leasing office staff is always very polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable when I have had to go to them for assistance. And, I can state from personal experience that that is certainly not the case with many other properties I have either lived in or toured as a prospective resident. Kudos to the AMLI leasing office staff is in order as well.
