Used to be good
November 27, 2025Management has changed two times. No they don’t care. They replaced all the doors and didn’t install mine right. It took 2-3 months and a change of management to fix it. They simply kept closing the work order. Places is very loud. And the front office does not care. I have sent noise complaints about my neighbors dog for 2 years now. Still, nothing is done. Good place
March 24, 2025I gave this place 4 stars and not 5 because it’s good and not great. Pros: location, dog park, parking, Ashley in the leasing office, sun room, water pressure, maintenance is fast, lots of closet space, only two stories, pool, multiple grills located about the complex. Cons: hard to get ahold of the leasing office, golf course is shut down to be turned into townhouses, dirty apartment upon move in, busy during the day and at night with people coming and going, highway sounds, walls aren’t thin ...but they aren’t thick you can hear the beat of the neighbors music. Misleading in a few ways but nice apartment
October 12, 2023Cons: No walk in closets, water heater taking up half of one bedroom closet, nice pool but no hammocks, no microwave, small kitchen, no lights in either bedroom, one small light in living room, not much natural lighting due to lots of trees and apartment placement, dusty bathroom vent, dusty ac closet, apartment smells like cigarette sometimes from upstairs neighbor smoking, electric stove, a bit outdated Pros: good size living room and bedrooms, big screened in patio with storage closet that ...locks, ac works good, water heater works good, plenty of cabinet space in kitchen, large windows in bedrooms, pretty quiet area, new carpet before we moved in, nice office staff, fast maintenance, no bugs in the apartmentLeer MásReseña de Apartments.com

May 30, 2023We returned to The Loop in 2021 after living there from 2019 when we returned to Lakeland. We love the team and consider them family. Wedgewood apartments
May 26, 2023Leah and Angie are awesome. They are always helpful and on top of issues and concerns you may have. The maintenance staff is great and fast an efficient on getting any job done. The entire staff goes above and beyond to take care of things. For the most part everyone here respects everyone and in the evenings things are quiet. March 2, 2023Leah and Angie are amazing. They work with you and you can actually tell they care about their residents and property. Also, Rafi (who is apart of the maintenance crew) just came to fix something on my door and he went above and beyond! He fixed the problem, noticed something else slightly off and took the time to fix that as well something I didn't even think of! I really really appreciate that! Excellent Leasing & Maintenance Staff!
January 17, 2023My husband and I have been renting a two bedroom apartment at The Loop at Wedgewood for the past two years. We are so grateful for our leasing and maintenance staff! Leah and Angie provide phenomenal customer service in the leasing office! Oscar and the maintenance team are so helpful, responsive, and thorough! Golf Course SOLD- Overgrown grass/poor views
May 17, 2022I loved living here until the Golf Course sold- now the areas around the apartments looks overgrown and really horrible. Yes they stay on top of work orders and friendly but for the price- plus it is going up by $100 mid year- spend a bit more for more amenities, gated community and way better views at other communities around Lakeland.Property Manager Responded
