Living here less than a year so far, and it has been amazing.
In the application process, I had so many questions, and Ariel was my point of contact. It must have been, over two hours, she spent answering all of my questions, so that I could make sure this apartment would be a good fit before I flew in to check it out. I never felt like I was being rushed off the phone. After moving in, she has been a friendly and funny member of the staff, sometimes if you hear laughter she is probably in her
...office.
I have not had as much interaction with Ashley, the manager, but she is always professional and nice to me, to make sure I am getting helped when I have questions, even it she looks busy, which I appreciate.
Morgan, Omar, and Terry are the heart of the operation. I have trouble carrying packages, and all three associates have helped, on so many occasions, to carry my packages to my apartment, which I appreciate immensely, or answer questions, or anything that they can think of. I am always glad to see them, and they are kind to treat me as a neighbor, as a friend. It makes this a nice place to live. There's coffee in the lobby, too.
I have not had any significant problems with my apartment, but on occasion I have needed a couple of things looked at, which is normal in every apartment building. The maintenance staff has been prompt, patient, and always gets the job done.
The movie theater has just opened up, and if you don't watch movies, check out the restaurant bar anyway, the egg rolls and apple pie are both divine. Residents get a discount at the Marriott restaurant, which is also pretty great, try their omelettes. I expect many more shops and restaurants will open up next year, which will make this a very busy area, and I am excited for the sense of community that the staff is fostering, in preparation for the CityPlace shops and businesses that will make this an even more fun area to live in. I think my favorite amenity is the library on the fifth floor, it is always quiet, and has good wifi, perfect for studying.
