Amazing & Quiet place to live
March 10, 2025I absolutely love living here. Steve, the maintenance supervisor handles any requests in a timely manner. The property manager, Melissa, is always very helpful and truly cares about the property and her residents. It’s a quiet and tucked away apartment complex, I have no complaints. Plus, the layouts and sqft are way bigger than most apartments in Mobile. 10/10 recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

February 29, 2024I have lived here going on seven years. The Summit is so much more than an apartment. This is a community with all the amenities of a home! Melissa is an excellent office manager that gets the job done in a very timely manner. Steve, the maintenance supervisor, does an excellent job in taking care of all my maintenance needs. He takes care of any and all issues in a very timely manner. There are no words that can express my gratitude and appreciation for this wonderful home!Property Manager Responded

Very nice, quiet and clean property
May 22, 2019If you are looking for a laid back and quiet complex, this is the place for you. I enjoy that it is a smaller complex with low noise. The people that live here seem to all enjoy the quiet. I absolutely love all the trees and how the tenants have their flowers arranged. I have spoken to people who have lived here for over 20 years, which speaks volumes. Any issues I have had have been resolved in a timely manner. This is my first apartment and I was scared that I would not enjoy it, but to my ...surprise I love it! The current manager is great and I like the way she handles things. Great Community Living!
December 20, 2018Plantations at Hillcrest is Mobiles Best Kept Secret!! They sit back off the road and surrounded in trees so you don't even know they are there which makes for a quiet private setting through out. The units are huge and being remodeled to fresh new updated designs. The grounds are lovely and with it being a smaller community everyone here watches out for each other giving it more of a neighborhood feel rather than just living in an apt where you don't know who comes and goes. Not worth the price or effort.
March 2, 2018The old management was great but when they sold everything on that side went downhill fast. When you have a lease signed the management disappears. The building are old and it shows. The only plus is my neighbors were nice. It's not worth the fight overall, much better options out there.Property Manager Responded
