I have lived at the Park at Arlington Ridge for 3 years and moved to the DC area from another state. I recently transferred to a larger apartment, and I can only rave about the leasing agents, especially Marvin. Marvin also oversees the Concierge department. He went the extra mile in terms of answering questions and making sure that my transfer to my new apartment went smoothly. ...professional and provides excellent customer service. I do love living in the area. There is a park area nearby, several dog parks, nearby basketball court, soccer and baseball fields, and it is easy walking distance to the local grocery, wine store, gym, Starbucks, and the nail salon. I work in the DC area, and I take the apartment shuttle in the mornings to the Pentagon City metro, which is a short distance, away and ride the Yellow line, 4 stops into the city. Being on the Arlington Bus route is also convenient. When I work late, I simply take the Yellow Line to the Pentagon and ride the bus, which drops me off very close to my apartment. I feel safe in the area. There are a lot of dog owners, which I like since I am a dog owner myself, and basically people are friendly. Maintenance is responsive, and also a special shout to Julio in the maintenance department for always being courteous, professional, and so helpful. Also, you will like that the grounds are well maintained, and having 24 hours concierge service with package receipt, all of whom are very nice, and access to the apartment gym.
