When I first moved in my washer and dryer didn’t work, and mind you I was the first tenant in that unit. It took three months to fix. Shortly after that mold started growing and they essentially cut it out leaving a large hole in my ceiling for about 2 months. Finally was able to get someone to patch the hole, however it was never painted so it was quite the eye sore and still hadn’t been fixed when I moved out. There was also a constant dripping noise in the ceiling in the kitchen area that was
...never fixed so that will be fun for the future tenant. Air conditioner broke in the middle of summer, my apartment got so hot and uncomfortable i slept several nights in my car. It took multiple calls to management to fix the problem after being told new tenants moving in were more important than my air conditioner being broke. Maintenance walked in my apartment without knocking, ringing doorbell or announcing themselves while i was bathing and proceeded to walk in my bathroom. Management never even so much as apologized. Aside from all of that, the most frustrating issue by far was my upstairs neighbor. With a combination of stomping, yelling and two large dogs running around starting at 5am until after 11pm it makes for a miserable environment. Complaining to management did nothing, it only seemed to get worse. Unfortunately management only seems to care about getting people in and not maintaining the current residents. In the end I pleaded with management to help me fix the issues and was given two options. Move to another unit or move out. I ultimately decided to move out and it was the best decision I have literally ever made. I have never written a review but if I can save one person from what I went through it will be completely worth it. What’s sad is the amenities are nice, just nothing else. There are better options in the area where you will not have the same issues.
