    The management and maintenance team truly set this property apart. They're professional, approachable, and very responsive. Anytime l've had a question or request, they've handled it quickly and with care. It's rare to find a team that makes residents feel so valued. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better place to live. This is by far the best rental experience I've had, and I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a home that's comfortable, safe, and well managed.

    This has been the easiest move and best rental experience I’ve ever had. From day one, management has been responsive, friendly, and super helpful. The apartment is modern, comfortable, and feels like home right away. Everything is well cared for, and I’ve had zero issues. :-)

    The Pointe at Warner Center is a great community. Management, Maintenance and Housekeeping staff is very professional and friendly. The complex is well maintained and quiet when you are outside your apartment. It is evident that that the inside of the apartments are well maintained as well.

    The Pointe has been my home for 4 years now and I love it. I just renewed my lease for another year and a major reason for doing so was the dedicated and professional management team of Burton, Adriana, Daniel and Jesse. They run the property like a well-oiled machine. The building is very clean, quiet and has many nice amenities. It's a very friendly community and they throw done pretty cool resident events.

  • Amazing staff, amazing property!

    The staff here is amazing! We went in for a tour and I'm confident we'll be leasing a space here as well as a friend that toured with us! Burton was exceptionally helpful,as we had to reschedule, but he accommodated us with no issue even though it was a last minute change. The property was beautiful and by far one of the best we've seen since apartment hunting. You guys have us sold!
