        I loved my apartment here, but I couldn't take the constant highway noise. Kirsten and Sue were great. They were always friendly and welcoming and made time for me when I came in to the office. Whenever something needed to be fixed it was taken care of right away or within a reasonable time period which was communicated to me. Building and property maintenance was top notch. I would definitely rent from this company again.

        We love living here. It’s so nice to have a very caring manager who is always on top of everything gets maintenance out to you immediately to fix anything makes everything as easy as possible to get through your application process and always gets right back to you if you have a question about anything. We love how clean and well-maintained everything is here especially the landscaping. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place to live would recommend it to anyone……

        Highway noise all day and night. Apartment was ok but to many emails from property manager about any little thing. To much. I moved out to more peaceful place.

        The building lock is easy to disable and leave unlocked. You can rent an extra garage but they don’t bother even trying to get you one that’s actually close to your apartment. The Apt itself is nice-zero storage space though. The garages are not big enough to store anything and put a vehicle in them also.

        Good size for the price you pay, however while it may look nice inside, most of the fixtures are cheap and scuff/scratch/break very easily. Maintenance is very friendly and efficient. Management frequently sends emails that are disorganized and sometimes don’t even apply to all tenants, sometimes threatening rather than finding simple solutions to the problem.

        Coming up on a year of living here and I can't think of a negative to say. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, very reasonably priced for what we get, and the staff is amazing. Any maintenance request is fixed right away, any concern and management gets right back to you. Absolutely adore this place.

        We chose The Preserve because we wanted an apartment that was basically good as new. We love the high ceilings, in unit washer and dryer, gorgeous island and kitchen, connected garage, balcony with a forest view, and access to an excellent gym facility. The community is full of very respectful people and the units are quiet, rarely do we hear any sound coming from another apartment. Management and maintenance is always very prompt and courteous. I also enjoy its location right outside of town. We ...
        have really felt welcome and at home in our apartment! It is worth the higher cost for the value received.

        We just moved in and have been amazed at how welcoming and helpful as our leasing agent. The apartments are spacious, maintainence has been really responsive, and we have yet to hear a neighbor or other dog. I highly recommend.

        Very spacious and clean -- great value for the area and probably the nicest apartments you can find at this price point. Management and the maintained staff were all really nice, though they were sometimes a bit slow to respond to email requests. The apartments are in great shape and are well maintained. Only one pet is allowed and they are very strict about this, so if you have multiple pets look elsewhere. Neighbors were all nice and a lot of them kept to themselves, I never really heard ...
