PMC, headquartered in Philly, should be ashamed of this mismanaged property. The property manager, and the staff are not on site. The constant ‘de-construction’, bad excuse for a parking garage, poorly kept facility, unresponsive management, many disrespectful tenants, and dorm-like atmosphere - all huge red flags! ...floors all the way down. Maintenance never came to the unit to see the damage. The security guard claimed the crew was working their way down. Yea, not at 10pm on a Saturday. Next, don’t get me started on the noise, and some of the lousy tenants, and poor management that cause, and tolerate it. The units are poorly designed, and were built with a lot shotty construction materials. The hallways smell like garbage, and the dumpster on the side of the building some days looks like it has exploded with trash. Very unsightly for a downtown apartment building. The “pool” is a not really a pool, more of a trough. I can keep going, but if you’re thinking of moving here, I dare you. Can’t say I didn’t warn you...
