We love living here! Always quick to answer to maintenance calls! Chris is excellent. Also, the area is mostly quiet, and neighbors don't disturb. It's a safe area. People respect your car port. It's not cheap but it's worth it.

I really don’t have any complaints while I was staying here. The amenities, the management, communication about streets being closed or maintenance performing their duties, the customer service. Everyone and everything is top notch. I loved everything about this place. The ONLY thing I have to complain about is that I did not get my security deposit back and I have been trying to contact them since I moved out to figure out why. I had no pets. Only myself. I only had normal wear and tear from a ...
ding or two in the wall and from my couch rubbing against it. Beyond that everything was as it was. But again this place is great. The rent is high I can admit that but taking advantage of everything this place has I feel is worth it.

Honestly, overall, it’s a great place to live at. Beside a few noise concerns at the beginning, it’s been a pleasant stay. I would love to continue to live here. The rent is a bit high and seems to be growing and that’s a concern. But the apartments are very nice and complete with everything you need!

It started out great when it was a newer complex but soon after the cleaning along with management went downhill. They are never available in office due to covid and it takes me a whole day to reach them at their office number. Also, not very helpful when I am able to get in contact with them. Noise complaints arent taken seriously and I feel as though I pay rent only to NOT enjoy the full benefits of the apartment considering for months I have not been able to sleep because of the excessive ...

Upon moving in I was a proud tenant . After a few months things started to go down hill . No one in office ..emergency calls not being answered , common grounds in apartments not being cleaned anymore compared to before , fire pit by office has been broken a long time

Military Beware! I came home from deployment last year and within the first week of being here my car was stolen, no security whatsoever, no cameras either. With as much as they charge for rent here, you would think they would have something, I don't feel safe at all. Then people steal Amazon packages within moments of a notification saying it's at your door! It could be the workers or another resident. I am lookin for a new place to live as I write this, if you call the office they will tell you ...
the same crap that they "just came on board" is that what they are trained to say !? This is ridiculous, and then gave me an attitude that if I'm not a resident on the lease then she couldn't speak to me like duhhhh ! Why the heck else would I call, I'm not a sugar baby, I pay my own rent !! This has to be a joke or something, all I can do is laugh now, I apologize to my fellow shipmates whom I recommended to move over here , it looks nice but it's not worth the price to pay.
