Great community!
March 3, 2026We have loved living here at Sara crossing. The staff are amazing, the amenities are wonderful, and it's really quiet area. They have a nice dog park, garden area and great community events. My biggest concern I think future residence should be aware of is that in the winter months electric bills are anywhere from $500-$700. You can't go with any other electric bills or get on a recurring payment plan. From December through March the bills for electrical are no lower than $500. In the summer ...months the electric ranges from $200-350 and I think future residence should be aware.Property Manager Responded

10/10 STAFF AND COMPLEX
September 10, 2025Lexi, Ellen, and Josh are extremely responsive and quick with any updates needed. The complex is extremely quiet, and any issues that ever needs to be addressed they are always on site and ready to help. I have lived here for over a year and a half now and my experience has been fairly well. There are issues with anywhere you live at, but honestly, I have close to none. August 22, 2025My name is Mary. Leah and I came in to teach a painting class to the residents. The Loby was BEAUTIFUL, nicely put together, and very clean. They also had a very fancy coffee machine. The staff we meet were so nice and helpful. We loved everything we saw!Reseña de Apartments.com

August 6, 2025We've lived here for a few months and love it! The ladies in the office are always helpful and nice even when I had a million questions and probably annoyed them. July 30, 2025Love living at The Residences at Sara Crossing! The staff are the awesome sauce & definitely put forth great effort for positive tenant experiences!! They create a variety of community events & maintain a welcoming clubhouse/fitness area making the living experience more enjoyable. There’s a resident portal maintaining your lease documents, to pay your rent, submit a maintenance request, send messages, and receive information/updates. There’s also a Community App providing timely communication ...about events and you can choose to chat with other tenants. The units are spacious, provide nice finishes and the property is tidy and clean! Definitely more like home living than apartment living!Property Manager Responded

Great Neighborhood and Best Staff
July 30, 2025I’ve really enjoyed living at Sara Crossing! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe. My apartment is spacious, modern, and has a great layout with plenty of natural light. I especially appreciate the little details, like the updated appliances and thoughtful amenities. It’s also in a convenient location close to so many shops, restaurants, and major roads, but still tucked away enough to ...feel peaceful.
