We love our new home!

Theresa made the whole process easy, she was helpful and nice through it all. We moved in Saturday and the apartment (2 bedroom) is spacious! We love the kitchen. The washer and dryer hook up is in a closed area and not out in the open. We love the 2.5 bath and both bathrooms (full) have walk in closets. Hubby and I are extremely happy with our new home.

Quiet, safe, and family friendly!

My boyfriend and I have been at Summit for a few years now, and we have no desire to rent anywhere else! Our place is very quiet and we feel safe. It is also in a great location- less than a minute from the nearest grocery store/ gas station and less than 15 min to the mall/ interstate. If you are a college student, MTSU is literally right down the road! The complex grounds are well cared for and we appreciate the quick response rate for all things maintenance should there be any issues. Teresa, ...
the Property Manager, and John, the Maintenance Manager, are fantastic and will go above and beyond providing wonderful customer service. I’d recommend Summit Townhomes to anyone- it’s a great place to call home!

Go Sign a Lease!

I lived here for my last year at MTSU, and boy did it feel like anything BUT student living. The complex is quiet and great for older folks and families, but I actually found it to be a perfect fit for me as a student! Management is wonderfully kind, and John the maintenance man is lovely and helpful. The actual townhome was gorgeous and felt brand new. If I hand't moved for work, I would have stayed here forever.

Best place in the Boro

We have lived here over 3 years now and couldn't be happier! We started in a 2 bedroom townhouse and transferred to a 3 bedroom just a week ago. In both places, we have always had ample parking (it helps that we and our immediate neighbors only have 1 car). Our maintenancerequests are answered timely. The rental increases have been fair in my opinion, as I know the market has gone up. During covid, we had a $25 rental increase which was the highest we have ever had here and still lower than most ...
places. Hoping not to have much higher in the coming years. Electric in a 2 bedroom averaged about 120 for us over the course of a year, and we tend to keep the house at 70 or even below year round. Water for 2 people has consistently stayed 50 a month, and we work from home and run our dishwasher almost daily. Very pet friendly community, and this is one of the few places that doesn't charge pet rent. Teresa, John and his wife have all been amazing and a huge reason why we choose to stay. If you are on the fence about whether or not to move here, and you enjoy a quiet home-like setting with prompt maintenance and a property manager who truly believes in treating others the way she would wish to be treated, look no further.

Such an awesome experience

Theresa made things so easy with our move from out of state. She is very caring yet professional! John and Richell went out of their way when the sidewalks were icy by making sure it was cleared before we unloaded our truck. Also they all have done a tremendous job with any repairs or anything we have needed. The townhome is updated, clean and spacious. It will be a joy living here!

Friendly and Great Accommodations

At almost three years living at the Summit, I am absolutely pleased with the accommodations and comfort that they provide. The living spaces are spacious and comfortable and the staff is very friendly! Every time I walk into the front office I am greeted with warm smiles. And when making routine inspections and facility maintenance, they always stick up a genuine and considerate conversation. I also like how accecible this area is. Not only is it near many places to eat, but having a movie ...
rental store walking distance across the street is a big bonus! The area also has a significant amount of parking, so I never worry when I invite company over. The townhomes themselves are well insulated, both for heat and sound. I've never once experienced any noice issues, from any of my neighbors, nore have I caused any even with my surround sound system. All in all, this is a great place to live in Murfreesboro!

I’ve lived in several apartments and houses around Murfreesboro, and I can confidently say that Summit is my favorite. They’re clean, spacious, in a safe and convenient part of town, for great rates. John from maintenance is great, always on top of things, and Teresa at the front office is so helpful and really knows what she’s doing. I have lived here for several years in the past, and just moved back a month ago! Theresa and John are great and always ready to help you with anything you need! From accepting packages to handling any and all maintenance (promptly), they are the best team! Neighborhood is peaceful and well-kept. All residents are respectful and friendly. Well Worth the Rent!

Theresa and John makes living here easy. They are always on top of whatever you need. I’ve never experienced a moment when they didn’t come through. When we moved here a year ago, it was because I love the set up, the floor plan and how quiet and nice it looked. However, after readying the reviews I knew this was my home.

Best Place I've Lived

My wife and I moved into the Summit in 2017 and stayed there for 2 years. The only reason we moved is we moved to Boston. We LOVED it. Theresa is the manager and she's incredible, so friendly, and always willing to help. John is the maintenance man and would fix things the day of or the next day when you put a request in, if he had the parts. Worse case scenario it was a couple of days before he could get the parts. The complex is incredibly safe, and everyone was so friendly to us! We looked at ...
over 20 apartments before we landed at the Summit. We took one look and fell in love. You can't beat the price for the amount of space, and how nice the units are. We even convinced our best friends to move into a unit close to us! We had a 2 bedroom, the kitchen is massive, and the bedrooms are a great size. Huge closets with a good size bathroom. Oversized crown molding and baseboards as well. Very nice place, and would recommend to anyone!

First off the office staff Mrs. Teresa literally is the nicest, sweetest and caring person I have met when it comes to renting from and dealing with office staff. The maintenance guy is awesome I put a request in and 5mins later he was at my place fixing my problem. The summit is a quite place, no one is obnoxious or loud, landscaping is maintained. The townhouse is nice, appliances are nice and everything works properly! Overall I am very pleased!
