This is the only place I've ever renewed a lease, and I would be renewing again if I wasn't moving to another state shortly. Our apartment is so beautiful. Vaulted ceilings, huge bathroom, big closets, large fenced patio/balcony. The layout is so cute, the appliances are updated. I wish I could just pick up this apartment and take it with me to the next destination. Our unit is upstairs and in the corner of the complex, super private. Totally pet friendly. ...getting things checked out, sometimes it takes a bit for parts but what can you do? Amenities are still super limited due to covid, so the once upon a time 24hr gym is restricted to business hours by appt only and same goes for the pool. The only thing that just SUCKS is the parking situation. There's no assigned parking unless you want to pay for a garage for an extra 100ish a month. I'm in the restaurant business so I tend to get home late when I work nights. There's been over a dozen times I've had to park in the residential neighborhood across the street, not too horrible since I'm in a front corner unit but I have no idea how people do it that live in the back of the complex. Anywho, this is a very family oriented area with the school nearby and I haven't ever really felt unsafe. Thank you for the last two years The Turn Management.
