A perfect home until we buy!

This was the exact home we needed until we buy our first house. The space is incredibly comfortable, we get a ton of updated amenities, Sam is so wonderful and takes such great care of you, and the utilities are way more affordable than most places that we have lived at. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone in need of a nice home.

Overall a great place to live. The property management team is great, the clubhouse has a fitness center and Starbucks coffee machine that's free during business hours. Our unit is nice, there are some weird layout choices but that was on the architect I suppose. My biggest complaint is that the air conditioning unit is on our balcony and it takes up a lot of space. Everything else is good. Plus I like the location a lot, near several gas stations, coffee stops, grocery store (Walmart), and the ...
area seems to be up-and-coming with more commercial construction nearby.

I love living here! The management is amazing, the price is very affordable, and the gym and pool are wonderful! Our apartment is very spacious with updated amenities, as well as very quiet! I highly recommend living here if you wanna be close to town but still affordable!

Not What I Expected

Initially not what I expected prior to first moving-in. Several things I thought were a bit upsetting: 1. The thin walls - In the morning, I can hear people walking around their apartments. Not to mention some of the residents are rude - They play very loud music way past the quiet time (10:00), and there are a few elders in the building, so I feel bad that they're subjected to that. 2. The initial appeal was that these apartments are brand-new. Yes, the outside looks nice. The clubhouse and ...
the featured amenities are nice. However, when my Phase moved in, there were several things missing from my apartment that I was initially promised before signing-up. For example, in the gallery photos, the 1-bedroom apartments were promised vinyl wood flooring throughout the kitchen and living room. We also were supposed to get those nice chandeliers hanging over the island. But I didn't receive any of those things. There is carpet in the living room and conveniently, those chandeliers are missing. The kicker? I didn't get told about it until I was about to sign the lease. I would suggest that they take off the gallery photos that show the apartment with those accessories because it's false advertising. Along with the floor plans that show wood-flooring in the living room for the 1 bedrooms. False advertising. Overall, a 2-star rating because this place isn't awful, but it also isn't what I was promised or what I had expected.

It’s an overall nice place to live but if you aren’t going to offer recycling please take it off the amenities list so you aren’t giving false hope to current or future residents.

Pretty good place

The Vue has a lot of great things but parking has become an issue. Tenants are having to park along the side of the road, in handicap, and beside the dumpster because parking is being taken up by non residents and this has been a problem for a couple of weeks now. Other then that it’s a great place and the property manager is very kind. Would highly recommend if the parking issue would be fixed, assigned parking would be ideal.

The Vue is the best complex I have lived in. We live on first floor and hardly hear our neighbors above us which is a first time experience for me. The property manager is absolutely incredible and cares about her tenants and makes sure that they are happy and taken care of. I love the Vue!!

Zero sound proof

Rushed and void of sound proof. Possible mold. Multiple people play music all hours, several of us have discussed it. Extremely small apartments and not as advertised prior to completion of first phase. Sounds like heard of elephants every time some runs up the stairs and when the neighbors above walk. What kind of person bounces a ball inside their apartment knowing that is antisocial behavior. Almost everyone has a dog yet nowhere for the dogs to be safely walked to void. Witnessed several let ...
their dogs pee on other neighbors decks.
