do NOT rent. This has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and I wish I had never signed a lease with them. The property was in disgusting, deplorable condition from the moment I moved in. It was painfully obvious that maintenance and repairs had been ignored for years. Broken fixtures, damage throughout the unit, and filthy conditions were just the beginning. Despite documenting everything and repeatedly reporting the issues, absolutely nothing was ever fixed. made. were completely and utterly useless. Every call went unanswered. Every message was ignored. When I did manage to get a response, I was met with excuses, deflection, and empty promises that never materialized. These individuals showed zero professionalism, zero empathy, and zero regard for their tenants. It is truly shocking that they are allowed to operate as property managers. And then came the hidden fees — charge after charge that was never disclosed upfront. The price I was quoted bore absolutely no resemblance to what I was actually billed. Random, unexplained fees kept appearing with no justification whatsoever. When I questioned them, I was either ignored or given the runaround by none of whom could provide a straight answer. This company is an embarrassment to the rental industry. They take your money, abandon you, let the property fall apart around you, and then have the audacity to hit you with hidden charges. their entire team are unprofessional, unethical, and completely untrustworthy. Do yourself the biggest favor of your life — run as far away as possible and rent from someone who actually respects their tenants.

Super easy and convenient moving from UCSD dorms to a furnished unit. Had upgraded floors, windows, and ceiling light fans. I was matched with another UCSD student. Got my security deposit back no issues. Thanks for the two years!!

Gated, safe and clean

The community is clean and has gates that actually work. I enjoy the gym on site and the amenities such as the lounges, pool, spa, and barbecue. There are two tennis courts that is nice and available as pickle ball. The upgraded furnished unit I got is amazing and corner unit. There are individual rooms for rent much more affordable if you are lucky to find a unit doing that.

Lived here for my UCSD studies and overall was great with my housemate for 2 years. next to the bus stop, and quiet location. overall highly recommended. My manager was Brian and Sean and they were responsive and quick to fix any problems. Also, got my whole deposit promptly which was also appreciated.

I lived here for 7.5 years and thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. Perfect walking distance to anything and everything - movies, restaurants, retail, grocery, etc. with mass transit access. Very safe and well run community. Anytime I reported something, it was addressed timely and professionally. Highly recommend!

Just finished staying here for 5 years (have to move to be near family up North) and this community over the many others I've been to either living in before or visiting friends have to say is the most clean, safe, and maintained. Moreover, my property landlords, Brian and Sean, have always been real responsive in addressing any and all of my needs! most pristine condition possible. I.e. the carpet was going bad, so they not only got new flooring, but replaced it with premium laminate! Shower head was needing to be changed, got that addressed three days later. I've never had a landlord like that before.

I just finished living here for two years and now moving to Seattle for a big promotion. Overall, fantastic location a few blocks from UTC mall one way, UCSD the other, Whole Foods and Ralph's plaza the other, Vons the other block, and perhaps my favorite big Doyle Park. My unit was wonderful with all upgrades of granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, my own washer/dryer, etc they just opened a new quiet/study room which has been great in providing more space along with tennis courts, ...

gym, pool, jacuzzi, and ample parking. Also, just opened the bus stop next to the property which has been very useful.

I've lived at the Venetian for three years and fully enjoyed it. Great amenities with spa, solar heated pool, and nice clubhouse. I used the gym a lot and glad the two study lounges are open during the day for studying. Management is responsive.
