My air was out, sink head fell off when trying to straighten up the place, slide door didn’t have the bar to lock it nor lock attach to lock in case of a robbery, I had to wait to the following week to get my air fix they gave me one window unit for my whole apartment, as an apartment complex you should have an emergency maintenance guy in these cases especially when 3 other people air was out in a hot summer for Texas come on now! Don’t come stay here they over charge for the amenities they trying to rebuild here which is outside amenities their not rebuilding your apartments, their just patching the leaks and cracks
