Mini splits use less energy and operate more quietly than standard air conditioners or electric heaters, while allowing you to adjust temperatures in each room individually. This property offers onsite laundry, off-street parking, locking mail, classic landscaping and guest parking. Additional storage also included. PETS Mature cats, 12 months of age or older are welcome at this property with an additional security deposit of $300. Up to two cats. NO PET RENT. Sorry, dogs are not allowed. Great for the money
July 14, 2024 - Reseña de Apartments.comLived here for a year, loved it, the neighbors were quiet, and my apartment was nice.....I can't speak for the other units, as mine had been updated. The best part of these apartments......so much parking, I legit can't find another place with this much guest parking, you never have to worry about having a second car, or guests over....there's always like 15 extra spots no one uses. Only reason I moved, is because it doesn't have in unit washer/dryer .....I don't like communal laundry rooms
