Nice people on staff, property is run down and needs a lot of work
December 8, 2025My Husband and I have lived at the Village on Beavercreek Apartments for not even a year and we have had a total of 7 different issues happen while we were there. The management was very nice and kept sort of decent communication, but the actual building complex was the issue. The building is halfway into the ground and the foundation is failing. Multiple cracks in the slab caused ground water to come up through the slab and soak the carpet and anything on the ground. My husband and I were ...patient with them and understood all through the way, and management had given us some compensation through it, but it wasn't enough for what we had to deal with. While there we had dealt with three separate leak issues, and went months without a closet for our clothes, and had to move out of the apartment for a week for them to fix the 3rd leak. When we came back to move in there was water on the floor again, due to a separate issue. Bottom line is, the people that work there were nice, but the property management company has seemed to neglect the property on a foundational level. This building is old and needs a lot of work. If you want to live at Village on Beavercreek, please stay away from the bottom floors, as they are notorious for leaks. On a separate note, I would like to commend Chris (the maintenance guy on staff). Though he could not do much for the leak issues, he was quick to replace the refrigerator and the dryer when they both went out. He was so sweet and tried his very hardest to get stuff done quickly if it was in his power. When we went to move back in and there was water on the floor, we called the emergency line, and he quickly responded and got to our apartment within 15 minutes of the call. He truly is a gem, and we really appreciate him the hard work that he does.Property Manager Responded

Our office team has been communicative and supportive throughout-offering concessions and allowing you out of your lease penalty-free. It is regrettable that these issues affected your home and lifestyle so drastically, truly and we have not hidden from this but done everything we can to make things right while addressing these concerns. Even here, you mention that you believe it is not the fault of our hard-working team, but we're harmed by this review, nonetheless. We hope you can reflect on which parts of your experience mattered the most and how a different community may have handled this situation. Because this was a complex, multi-layered foundation issue, several specialists were required, and repairs had to be completed in stages. Throughout this process, we offered concessions, updates, and ultimately allowed you to end your lease early and penalty-free when you ...decided it was best to move on. We want to acknowledge how patient and kind you both were for much of the process, and we appreciate your recognition of Chris. He—and the rest of our team—worked diligently and with genuine care to support you through a very unusual and challenging situation While we respect your right to share your experience, we do hope you can also recognize the extensive efforts, communication, and resources devoted to resolving these concerns. Private and cozy little place from home!
July 23, 2024Because of a friendly, professional and concerned staff I had the pleasure of enjoying my time in OH. If anyone is looking for a safe place, budget friendly and private, give this property a look see! As a middle aged, single female on a work assignment for the government, this place was a perfect fit. I didn’t have any concerns with excessive traffic or noise pollution and neighbors were respectful of each other’s property and privacy which was very helpful. There is plenty to enjoy outdoors, ...a children’s learning center and church at the end of the street made the determining factor that this place is a hidden gem in a family friendly neighborhood. I will miss chatting with Jennifer about Life Life-ing & the promptness with Christopher taking care of normal wear and use issues, utility mix ups or loaning tools for a quick fix. Cozy place to call home
April 23, 2024When I moved to the area, I was just looking for somewhere to live that was in my price range. I found The Village on Beavercreek and I am now almost a 3 year resident! The staff is wonderful and responsive, the residents are respectful, and the apartments are in a quiet area while still being so close to the highways to get anywhere you need to go. Great Apartments
August 25, 2022I have lived here almost a year and I have no complaints. Kelly is extremely nice and helpful. Jennifer is also extremely nice and helpful, but also always willing to help. The one or two maintenance issues I have had are quickly resolved. If an issue comes up, both Kelly and Jennifer are quick to let people know and are always willing to help. Area around the apartment is kept clean. The neighborhood is quiet, but in the middle of everything. I enjoy living here.Property Manager Responded

DON'T RENT FROM THEM
August 24, 2022This apartment complex is a complete joke. They have a stink bug infestation, Their roof on in the administration building has not been properly fixed, so in heavy rain falls the hallway roof leaks on the 3rd floor. they only put buckets out then wait till it dry to reseal it instead of actually fixing the problem. the " assistant manager" is very rude, not sure why she got a job in customer service.Property Manager Responded

August 31, 2015The Villages on Beaver Creek is more than an apartment community. The people there are truly like family! My daughter has even called to have the manager check on me when I wasn't feeling well. The maintenance man helps me carry groceries in and my neighbors are always friendly and willing to lend a hand. There is a beautiful lawn area where the children can play and families can grill out.
