Maintenance
September 6, 2025love it here and Lolita is great but maintance is only issues as they not good as always blaming residents as need to check drainage and sewer areas as issue continue with drainage fly and I guess fruit flys as thinking about moving next year as it all started when 2 years ago trashs bins outside wasn't pick up for months by garbage trucks and just can't get rid of flying insects every sinceReseña de Apartments.com

Do not move here
June 20, 2023Terrible place to live. They don’t fix anything and if they do it takes them months to do it. They go up on the rent by 130-150 these past 2 years and won’t upgrade the apartment. Property manager places atleast 7-8 dogs in the same building. No one cleans up after their pets. The laundry room always broken. The pool just opened since being closed for 3 years and it’s extremely dirty. The staff do not care about the residents. It’s always fire trucks and police in the complex.Reseña de Apartments.com

Bugs and poor management
November 6, 2019Lived here for two years. We kept our apartment super clean and still got roaches. On top of that loud neighbors and car alarms going off all night. You might as well live in the city. We had a severe squirrel infestation and I got rid of them myself because after 6 months nothing was done. But what happened when i moved out? They sent me to collections for 80$ even tho they should be paying me. The people in the office are clueless also but they’re great salesmen. Don’t let them talk you into ...living here it’s completely overpriced for what you getProperty Manager Responded

Friendly and a Very Alert Staff
February 9, 2019I have lived here for a year and a half, the leasing office people have been really helpful and respond to any maintenance issue promptly. I would recommend this place, and is a extremely safe community for all age groups. They have always gone an extra mile to solve any problem i had. I am leaving this place today, but if i ever come back to Delaware I am coming back to this community.Property Manager Responded

WARNING
October 30, 2018IF you are a person who has values and morals DO NOT MOVE into this apartment complex especially Bldg. 151 & 161 and the other surrounding bldgs. The staff are friendly BUT are only there to collect a paycheck. The Rental managers (Lolita and Cora) don't care about the nefarious activities that occur on a daily basis in Buildings 151 & 161 and the other surrounding bldgs. For example, various men driving various out of state cars come and go from bldg 151 every few hours and at all kind of ...hours late into the night and early morning and bldg. 161 constantly smells like marijuana and especially on the 3rd floor and the first floor and the second floor smells like cigarettes ALL THE TIME and a couple of the female tenants on the 3rd floor have various men all throughout the night coming/going from their apartments on a weekly basis and they play loud music constantly throughout the night and into the early morning hours and the Rental Managers could care less about the safety, security and health and overall well being of their tenants because they also allow a homeless man to roam in/out of various apartment buildings SO BEWARE AND DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE MORALS AND VALUES. THERE IS NO SECURITY in any of these apartments AND all kind of men possess the security codes.Property Manager Responded

As soon as we learned about your concerns, we immediately changed our building access codes to insure that only residents have admission as intended. Not Worthy Apartment
December 15, 2016I moved to this apartment 20 days ago and it is the worst apartment of my life. There is one or the another issue every week. 2 star is only because of location and somehow helpful staff. 1. To get started they will never tell you that Microwave will not be in the apartment and that too in winter season. 2. Very old Ac's are fitted in newly upgraded apartment. You can observe spiders coming out of it occasionally. :) 3. Heater makes so much of noise that it gives you 100% guarantee you cannot ...sleep calmly and your sleep is going to be impacted multiple times during the night. 4. Living room carpet near the main door along with partial kitchen floor is quite hot as compared to rest of the carpet area of the apartment. 5. Washer and Dryers are quite old on first floor and you have to arrange for the coins. Sometimes it looks like you have run the dryer once again. :) 6. HORRIBLE STAFF!!
November 11, 2016I lived here for a little less than a year. The staff was always SO rude! I would call in a work order and it would never get done! I would have to call 10-15 times just for them to put a work order in!! They are SO lazy and they do not care about their Residents AT ALL! The pool opened almost a month AFTER Memorial Day, they didn't want to let their residents know either! I would NEVER recommend anyone to live there!!Reseña de Apartments.com
Nightmare
February 19, 2016I do admit that the staff is very friendly, however, the apartment that we moved into needed A LOT of work done before we moved in. There was a cockroach problem before we moved in and I haven't seen any for awhile now, but you can see all the droppings inside our kitchen cabinets. The buildings are NOT smoke free and sometimes you can smell weed. It's not quiet all the time, and you can hear the neighbors through the walls and below. The laundry room is pathetic, it's not big enough to fit your ...bed sheets in and there is only 2 washers and dryers for the whole building. Summer is the worst for bugs in the apartment and it feels like the in unit air conditioning runs all day long without turning off. I can keep going but this is already getting pretty long. Decent starting place
October 4, 2015The apartments themselves have plenty of space but the layout is a bit awkward and there are a lot of minor details that change from apartment to apartment. Mine personally is a "first floor apartment, that has the balcony below the surrounding ground and there have been a lot of things that needed fixing. Maintenance was great once it came out, but getting them out took a lot of effort and they left a handful of things that still need repair.Reseña de Apartments.com
