Horrible management/ with units not kept up
July 2, 2025 - Reseña de Apartments.comHad mold in the walls/vents and windows. Leaking pipes they would fix with rags and duct tape then laugh about it. The manager with glasses has no idea what he’s doing. Very poor experience.

August 30, 2024 - Reseña de Apartments.comI never left a review, it's been 3 years but it was fantastic living here. Maintenance was prompt with any issues I had. Very affordable, parking was good and I loved the location. I really have no complaints honestly. I did have a leaking ceiling vent and dishwasher issues but they were quickly addressed. Other than that no other problems.

January 20, 2020 - Reseña de Apartments.comOld management was terrible but the new management was SO understanding when my daughter was born .. Jeff was very patient and the maintenance was always fast as well when we had an issue. Love the town-home as well, really recommend!

When I have work needed in my apartment it is done quickly and my apartment is left clean. I like how close my location is to shopping and dining here. Very Nice Apartments
May 29, 2018 - Reseña de Apartments.comI have been living here for 6 months. The maintenance is very fast, even with things that are not emergencies. The staff are all friendly and helpful people. The price is fantastic for the quality of the apartment and pet rent is also one of the lowest in Wichita. The pricing is reasonable and I love how our mailbox and laundry room is in the same building where we liv at instead of having to walk to the mailbox like some other apartments have. The staff are nice and whatever concerns we have they get it done as soon as possible. They have been helpful from the moment we lived here. Being living here for a year now never had a problem the the administration. Very peaceful and the complex has it own sheriff.
