Great Complex
June 9, 2026 - Reseña de Apartments.comI have lived at Three Fountains for going on five years. I hope to live here for many years to come as it is a wonderful apartment complex. I live on the second floor, and I rarely hear my neighbors below or above me. Maintenance is excellent. Whenever I have put in a request, it’s generally taken care of the same day. The buildings and the grounds are also kept very clean. Lastly, the staff is always friendly and helpful.Property Manager Responded

The thing that is lacking is friendliness and courtesy of certain office staff. I, as well as others I know, have been treated rudely on occasion by a staff member. There seems to be an attitude of policing residents rather than serving them. Therefore, if there is one thing here that I believe should change it is a more resident (people) friendly reception in the office.Property Manager Responded

The Best Apartments In Albuquerque!

The prices are very reasonable. The apartments are huge and laid out well. There’s no noise from my neighbors here and everything is so beautiful! The staff is very kind and welcoming. They charge you more than your lease

The maintenance here is quick and top notch, the grounds are lovely, the apartments are quiet with minimal sound traveling between apartments and the office staff is friendly. The maintenance staff keep the buildings clean and repairs are made quickly. The property, lawns, pools, etc. are clean and neat. The prices for rent are unbelievable compared to other apartments I looked at and lived in prior to learning about Three Fountains. Parking and storage are big assets. The halls are quiet, the laundry rooms have new washers and dryers and as soon as the Pandemic is gone, the ...activities will be available again. The heated pool goes hand in hand with my physical therapy and is helping me make this the most healthy year to come. I have met several of my neighbors and pool buddies and everyone has been so positive and upbeat...such a great environment!
