Titus villa is great place!
June 22, 2023Titus villa is a great place for renting an apartment. Very affordable rent. Very quiet and considerate neighbors. The units are super clean and super spacious! A 6-7 minute drive to Rochester General Hospital, and lots of green spaces nearby. Claudette, the leasing agent, is such a great professional and nice person. She made sure I had a smooth transition to my apartment.Property Manager Responded

Many Happy Memories
June 30, 2022My father has lived a Titus Villa since 1988 and through that time it’s had a few different owners but the team here at Titus Villa Apartments now is truly special. It’s very sad for me to have actually left this place now that my father is no longer with us. I have so many happy memories here. Titus Villa was truly our home. I can’t say enough about how nice everyone as DeGeorge has been throughout our time here. Leigh from the leasing office even remembered that I said it would be my birthday ...on the day we had scheduled our final inspection and brought me a card when she came to pick up the keys. I’m crying to leave this place as I close one chapter of my life and move onto the next. Thank Titus / DeGeorge for the 30+ years of wonderful memories!Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Apartments!
July 13, 2021I’m not sure what the other reviewers are talking about, for the price you can’t beat Titus Villa Apartments! They include water, trash, and heat in the unit! My apartment had a new a/c unit and a ceiling fan in the dining room. The whole complex was so quiet and clean. I loved that I could do my laundry and had my own storage unit in the basement. This is the first apartment I’ve ever stayed at that felt like a home! The new owners and 24/7 maintenance crews are also the best!Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Place To Call Home!
July 22, 2021I recently moved to Titus Villa and I really love my new apartment! Leigh and Jamaal at the DeGeorge Main Office helped me with applying and everything was so easy and well communicated. They are such nice people! My building is so safe and quiet. I love having a park behind the apartments to exercise at and my own storage unit downstairs. Wonderful New Owners. Great Apartment!
July 22, 2021I have lived at Titus Villa since 2015 & the new owners are just so efficient and kind. The 24/7 maintenance crew are so responsive and Heather at the Main Office is my go to girl anytime I ever need anything. Everyone makes me feel like I’m renting from family. I recently moved out to go to Florida and Leigh at the leasing office was so wonderful to work with, she even gave me a thank you card at my move out inspection. I wish there was a Titus Villa Apartments in every city!Property Manager Responded

Nice Apt to grow up in
July 22, 2021I lived here with my dad. It’s in a really good school district. Joshua Park behind Titus is great for walking, running, playing soccer, there’s a playground for little kids. I’ve never seen an apt with such a nice park right in its back yard. We always enjoyed living here. It was quiet and clean. The maintenance guys are all really nice & The office people really worked with us on anything we ever needed.Property Manager Responded

Atrocious
May 27, 2020Do not rent here. This place is not as safe as it once was and not as quiet. Significantly concerning when you're paying high rent. Certainly not a bang for your buck.Property Manager Responded

For an apartment in a Rochester / West Irondequoit suburb, We sincerely feel that Titus Villa is one of the safest options considering we have private parking and locking common doors protecting locking apartment doors. As far as pricing, we have historically been lower than many of our comparable apartment neighbors while including trash, water, sewer, heat, and snow removal in the rent. All Titus Villa apartments are currently getting remodeled for each new incoming resident who receives beautiful new flooring throughout, freshly painted walls, new preinstalled mini blinds on every window, new or well maintained appliances including refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We include storage closets for every resident and regularly maintained washers and dryers in every building. We apologize if your experience with previous management was not the greatest but Titus Villa is now under new Management committed to excellence.
