POOR MANAGEMENT
September 1, 2023Save yourself the time and the money and DONT rent here. Out of all the issues this place has , it's even worse when you ask for the things to be fixed and they don't budge until you move out and they gut your entire unit because of the ongoing issues you've had for 14 months of a lease. It's a trap honestly. Every single apartment is horrible, I had a ton of friends that I'd visit as well and each and every unit was horrible in their own ways and some similar to my own unit. My friend was moved ...in with roaches and still a year later has them and is one of the cleanest people I know. The entire leasing office is careless and disrespectful, I had mold concerns and they wanted me to send them photos instead of coming to check their selves. The only good thing about this place is that theres ALOT of kids but unfortunately they roam around alone no parents nothing...and the pool is decent. Otherwise it's not worth a penny. Nobody stays here a long time, everyone's in and out. Also as soon as I signed my lease I was informed we were not allowed to use our air conditioner or it would shut everyone's power off. It became 4 days with no air in the beginning of summer first heat wave, can't use ac didn't tell me til I sign my lease very shady people. Plus the attitudes were ridiculous when things were asked to be fixed. I was told I was going to have to make my own accommodations for this issue if they couldn't resolve it... because this was ongoing they'd fix the power and it would mess up again.. so many issues and all they want is the money. Not to fix the issues. Also the crime in this complex is absolutely outrageous. I never felt safe, especially hearing and seeing the things that went on!! April 20, 2018We've been here the better part of 3 yrs. Management/Staff always going above and beyond for the residents! Responds quickly to maintenance issues, great communication for upcoming events, beautiful maintained grounds, friendly quiet community and best in price for sq ft! Amenities galore! Very safe for families & singles! I can't say enough about this place and all the wonderful staff & neighbors! Utilities, gas/electric easily average under 50 mth. We get good cell reception~Sprint & Verizon. ...Lots of paved parking.Property Manager Responded

Poor Panco Management
January 17, 2018This is the worst customer service I have ever received. The response from manager was very poor for current residents. I was told I can move to a 2 bed 2 bath apartment when it is available when I signed the lease. When I asked them when it is available they said I need to be in same apartment for 1 year for this I need to go to apartment office 4 times. I have few reasons to ask for apartment change as my mother is visiting this spring and can't find the parking slot. I would say Panco ...Management is poor.Property Manager Responded

Don't believe in what they say complete fraud!!
July 9, 2017Never ever think of living here if you want a hassle free move out I lived here for few months and they imposed me a huge fine upon moving out I'm sure I'm not responsible for those damages as a tenet we usually give a high level glance at it but can't inspect everything like a professional They said carpet is damaged which I never observed at least I'm sure they sent me pictures of some other apartments aging that I damaged it and asked me to pay for itProperty Manager Responded

BEST maintenance crew ever
April 21, 2017We have lived here for approximately four years (in two separate apartments due to an increase in family size) and are thoroughly satisfied. The complex is clean, the apartments are large, and the amenities are nice. They even host little fun community "events" like Easter egg hunts for the kiddies and St. Patrick's treat days. My biggest reason for giving a five-star rating is the office and maintenance crew--- if we have ANY issue, maintenance is there quickly... we don't have to wait it out or ...worry or about anything. I have never lived in an apartment with this kind of pro-active and quick response before! Thanks again, and I hope we will be here for many more years to come.Property Manager Responded

Really enjoyed my time here
November 15, 2016The leasing office staff is second to none. Extremely helpful and friendly. Maintenance is very quick and proactive in fixing issues. I had one issue I didn't even know about, and it was taken care of. The grounds are really nice and the pool and tennis courts are nice. You have to apply for pool privileges. Gym key is given to tenants Day 1. The 2 things I am sorry that are not available at TOTH are 1) food disposal and 2) in-unit washer / dryer. Else I would have stayed there ...forever! Pet friendly for real. Many places say they are and then charge crazy non refundable fees and tack on monthly rent fees - totally not cool. I would say this is a huge PLUS. They are reasonable. They collect a pet security deposit fee per pet, but it IS refundable which is totally reasonable. This was a huge differentiator. There are 2 vets / boarding extremely close. The units are older, so the heating and cooling will not always reach all the way to the master bedrooms so be prepared to either leave the door open or just buy a room fan /heater. The walls are kind of thin so your neighbors will determine your happiness level to a point. There is a washer/dryer for every building - which is coin operated. It would be helpful if the office had a change machine. There are not enough recyclable dumpsters, and I think this may be why folks tend to throw away recyclable items in the regular dumpsters, which is a shame. All driveways / parking spots were recently re-paved (Summer 2016). Well - lit campus. Top of the Hill-Top Notch
June 13, 2016I moved here from out of state. My biggest concern as a single young woman was safety. This place is beautiful, safe, comfortable, and clean.I come home at varying hours including late nights from Philadelphia and I always feel safe walking to my apartment. Plenty of lighting & free parking. Neighbors have always been really nice and the complex hosts different community events. July 25, 2015This is our second year here and everything is wonderful. Great staff, location and ammenities for a great price. They even throw pool parties and give us surprise free breaksfast.
