Rentals beware I moved in Topraz retreat in November I should have known better when the property manager was always to busy to show me the apartment before I moved in. I actually had to tell her that I am not moving in without seeing apartment I really needed to moved and this was the only vacant place at the time. The apartment are under new management. The apartment manager is rude and and need a fast track class in customer service. Don't be fool by the remodeling of the apartment they make ...

look good at first glance but you can cover a lot with makeup the pipes are still old they are rushing to turn them over and there a lot of stuff that's being missed. I live in apartment that looks nice but it smells like smoke and mild dew. I have tried every thing to get rid of the smell but it in ventilation when turning on AC it just make smell worst. So you have been warned rent at your on risk . If you have to move here only if it's your last result.

Prompt maintenance when needed. Reasonable rates, great maintenance staff. New managements has made an effort to make this place a nice place to live. Very happy so far.

I just moved in 2wks ago & I love my apartment it is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances & LED lights. Mike the property manager was nice & prompt with having everything ready for me to move in on time. The maintenance guy Oliver was also great. Looking forward to many years here at Autumnwood.

Don’t sleep on this place.

I am a new tenant at Autumnwoods Apartments . Upon moving in the management was very nice and pleasant . The staff paid close attention to my concerns and made sure my day one was perfect. The unit is recently renovated . Vinyl flooring, new carpet, stainless steel appliances , and great fixtures . Neighborhood has been quiet and friendly. Give this place a try , you’ll be surprised !

I moved in April 2020, so far I love it, it’s quiet for the most part, and nicely maintained Mr. Mike the property manager is very nice and accommodating. I love the location, its nearby most places I visit. The apartments are modern and updated. I would definitely recommend to anyone whom looking for a quiet, reasonable place to live.

At first i loved it but the new management is a joke! When things break it’s “your fault” and not the fact that their units are old and haven’t been brought up to date. They keep raising rent because they’re remodeling new units. I can’t wait to move out of this sorry excuse of an apartment complex.

I just moved in and I Love it!!! price was just what i was looking for, plus you don't have to pay for cable huge saving. The new manager is very nice and helpfull. This is a very quite community, I have only had one maintenance issue and it was taken care of ASAP.

Used to be okay but new management ruined everything

Trying to get rid of tenants to remodel some of the places a bit even if the cause most of the damage with not fixing things for weeks and poor maintenance team, especially the plumber. If your AC breaks good luck getting it fixed if it's a older one. Faucets breaks so easily. Trying to increase rent on everyone because of a slight remodel in some units. Glad we left.

As part of this commitment, we have added a robust maintenance reporting platform for our residents to submit maintenance requests and hired additional staff to get your apartment back to working order as quickly as possible. Currently, we are assessing all of our AC units and proactively replace/repair to avoid longer-term outages in the future.
