Apartamento "SINGLE FLOORPLAN", amueblado, a la derecha, grande (40 metros cuadrados/440 pies cuadrados) y remodelado en el segundo piso con un baño ubicado en una propiedad, con un total de cuatro unidades en una tranquila calle bordeada de árboles, a sólo dos cuadras de la frontera de Beverly Hills con La Cienega Blvd., cerca de todo, restaurantes, cafés, supermercados, transporte público (media cuadra), parques, canchas de tenis, hospitales, centros comerciales y la playa se encuentra a unos 10 minutos de distancia. La habitación individual está parcialmente amueblada con artículos básicos en la cocina, cama QN, televisor y sábanas. La habitación principal mide 12 x 17 y cuenta con pisos de madera de roble. La cocina con piso de azulejos tiene gabinetes estilo europeo personalizados, encimeras de granito, estufa de gas con horno y refrigerador. El comedor contiguo tiene wainscoting. El baño con ventanas cuenta con una ducha de mármol amarillo con azulejos del piso al techo. Hay un tocador estilo europeo con gabinete a juego. Stay Away
December 9, 2025I’m writing this so people understand the safety issues at Torreyana that you won’t see in the photos or brochures. I had two separate security incidents here: 1. First, there was a break-in attempt at my front door. My Ring camera caught everything – someone at my door, tampering with the lock, clearly trying to get in. I reported it to the office right away expecting serious concern, some kind of security action, and at minimum a proper follow-up. 2. Then there was a successful break-in ...through my kitchen window. Not long after the first attempt, someone actually got into my apartment through the kitchen window. I came home to see the damage and wreckage inside. I have Ring footage, photos of the aftermath, and a police report documenting all of this. This wasn’t paranoia or “just noise” – it was a real break-in. Management’s response to all of this was honestly the worst part. Rather than taking accountability or treating it like a serious safety issue on their property, they did everything they could to push the situation away from themselves and distance the property from responsibility. Communication was slow, minimal, and felt more like legal protection for them than concern for a resident who had just had their home violated. There was no real sense of urgency, no meaningful solutions, and no ownership beyond the bare minimum. On top of that, the location itself is a problem. Torreyana sits extremely close to Tropicana, which has a steady flow of transients and sketchy activity in the surrounding area. There are people wandering around nearby at all hours, and you feel that as a resident. The environment around the building is not safe, and my experience reflects that. A gate and nice landscaping do not change the reality of what’s happening right outside. To be fair, the property and units look nice. The interiors are decent and the community presents well on the surface. But none of that matters when: • You’ve had a break-in attempt AND an actual break-in • You’ve had to file a police report • You have Ring footage and evidence of the wreckage inside your own home • And management’s response is to distance themselves instead of stepping up In my experience, the combination of the unsafe surroundings and the lack of real accountability from management makes this a hard no.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

Ridiculous Management
May 10, 2025Living at these apartments for more than 2 years, The office used to be ran so well. Until recently, These office people never answer the phone. They send you to voicemail, Open your voicemail & Just never get back. Move out charges are ridiculous so be aware they will charge you for anything they can. Carpet fees for replacement as if they don’t have to replace it anyway. They rather have someone else pay for it. They’ll charge for paint repairs and any other thing they can pick at. The ...front gates are always broken allowing anyone to come in and out the property. Security was rarely ever in-forced instead they have a police camera posted in 1 spot of the property… no coverage to the rest of the property. The back pool was always filthy never regularly maintained as the one in the front because the one in the front is what they show on the tour. Save yourself the money. Ridiculous Move-Out Charges
March 11, 2025I lived at Torreyana from September '23 to October '24 and never had any issues. Upon submitting my notice to vacate, one of the front office ladies and someone in maintenance came into my apartment to do a quick inspection and I was told everything looked good. I have two dogs, both of which are potty trained and they never had any accidents. I crated them when I was away and, being lap dogs, they'd always stay near me when I was home. They had set potty schedules. If they did roam, I had every ...door closed so they wouldn't go into the bedrooms. Upon moving out I was slapped with a "carpet replacement fee," claiming the carpet had "heavy pet damage" from urine. I asked for photographic proof - all they sent me was a picture of the carpet from above, with no clear evidence that there was any damage at all. I continued to ask for clearer photo evidence, but nothing was ever sent to me. They told me I could find what I needed in the portal, but I lost access to the portal after I moved out, and they never sent me information on how to log in after I requested. They eventually stopped replying and I thought they had given up. I didn't even bring up the random tub resurfacing fee they also had on the final bill, for a tub I hardly ever used because I lived alone in a two-bedroom and always showered in the main bathroom. However, now it's several months later and I got a letter in the mail from a debt collection agency for these charges. I think it's ridiculous that Torreyana would try to charge me to replace the carpet. They didn't even specify if they only replaced the living room carpet (which was the only carpet the dogs would ever walk on) or if they replaced the bedroom carpets as well. I never got the photo proof I was asking for other than a from-above image of the living room carpet, with no clear damage visible. I think this is just their shady way of trying to get a brand new carpet for the next tenant. On an unrelated note, while living at Torreyana, my car got stolen from the community parking after a series of vehicle break ins. It's the reason they have police towers now, although they made sure that nobody in the community was made aware of a stolen vehicle. Aside from my car, I never had any issues living here, which is why I'm very disappointed that they would try to swindle me out of almost $1200 for carpet replacement and a tub resurfacing that I don't think was necessary. I'm definitely going to be fighting the debt collection.Property Manager Responded

Bogus exit charges
July 10, 2023I lived in Torreyana Apartments for 4 years. when I moved out they added a bogus charge for tub resurfacing even though the tub was in the same condition as when I originally rented it. I disputed the $400 charge and contacted both the management company and the central billing trying to get a review and a resolution to this issue and at a minimum verify that the work had at least been done. Central billing would tell me that they passed the information along to the management company and they ...would get back to me if they heard something. However after 5 months of checking on the situation and instead of contacting me about it they sent me to collections. I would have paid the bill had they just proven to have done the work but for some reason they felt this was a better solution. its deplorable they are a terrible company who tries to stick you with every little thing they can when you move out. avoid them at all cost.Property Manager Responded

May 28, 2023We've been residing here since October '22. So far, so good. The maintenance team responds immediately, which is really good, especially Mr. Jose; he's been very nice to us. At the leasing office, Ms. Maria is the best; since day one, she has taken care of us. I had a complaint one time about a nuisance at night, and Ms. Vanessa took care of it. Very nice team! I hope nobody leaves because we want to stay longer here at Torreyana. It's a bit pricey, but worth it!Property Manager Responded
