As for the complex itself I never had any issues with it. My neighbors were very respectable and I never had any problems with anyone or anything in my apartment building. Also, the complex is in an amazing location with the Tosa Village just a short walk away. This complex is surrounded by great food, bars, and also stores. Living at the Tosa Village Apartments was the best decision that I had when I found out I was going to be working in Milwaukee. I highly recommend that you live there to.Kevin and Darlynn are absolutely amazing. I called them back in December about getting a 1 bedroom apartment for myself for only 9 months because I was uncertain of my career choices at that point. Well they got me in right away and the process for moving in was super easy. About 6 months into my lease I got relocated for work so I needed to get out of my lease at the Tosa Village Apartments, and they also made that request for me incredibly easy.
