Completely renovated apartments with new appliances, flooring, AC/Heat and common areas. Towers East Apartments participates in the LIHTC program and other government programs to make the rent affordable. Applicants may not earn more than 50% of the Area Median Income as set forth by HUD and the rents are set at 30% of the residents adjusted income. This may result in rent being substantially lower than other comparable apartments. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have. Senior Living Our spacious studio, 1-, and 2-bedroom apartments boast fully equipped kitchens, updated bathrooms and central heat and AC. We also have an onsite physician and an onsite beauty salon! Management & Security Our on-site management and maintenance personnel are ready to assist you in any way possible to ensure your comfort and security. Your family is important to us, you can rest assured with our 24-hour emergency maintenance. Also, to help reach more seniors in the community, we have members on our staff that speak Spanish.

Not so nice now
April 10, 2019Towers East has been purchased by a new company based in New York, and renovations of all apartments started in 2018. It's been an unhealthy, unsafe atmosphere for the residents as renovations have been haphazard and with no rhyme or reason. One day new cabinets would be installed in the kitchen, often without handles, then no more work would be done for weeks. A new refrigerator would be installed, with the old one left in the middle of the tiny kitchen floor. Painting might be done in ...another month, and left unfinished. Window blinds were removed without replacement until months later...sheets were used to cover the windows. Complete bathroom renovations were understood to be forthcoming, and residents removed all storage and bathroom articles into their small living areas. Months later, some have painted walls, a new toilet,and nothing else done. New flooring was promised, but old carpet remains. Maybe it's impossible to finish an apartment completely before starting on another, but there must be a better way than to have a tenant live in a chaotic, dusty, unfinished home for months...with no end in sight. NEED BENCHES
October 21, 2017Tower’s East Apartments use to be very nice, Still can be that if Management were better. When you pull up to pick up someone or to drop them off, too many people out in front, They need to add some nice benches in back where they can sit and talk. Add a few benches in front, allowing only a few to be out front. So many standing around and some use canes, walkers or just handicap in some way. Some are just senior citizens hanging out in front. Use not to be like that, I know because I use to ...visit my Mom back in 1999. Now, Tower’s East, has poor management. Sometimes, you have to wait to drive up, people standing all in the way. The front use to be for visitor’s parking, now, residents are parking in the front. What happened. Need better MANAGEMENT,Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
