    Fast & Excellent Maintenance Servicee We had a very slow drip under our kitchen sink and asked for someone to check it out for us but no rush. Maintenance was on it the next day and replaced our kitchen faucet that was very old, with a new one that is so easy to use. We couldn’t be happier. The staff at this complex is so friendly and helpful!

    My name is Wallace Currie. My wife and I are now living at the Trail Lodge Apartments on Ramsey. While living in Texas, we leased our Trail Lodge apartment sight unseen in March of 2024. After moving in and getting settled we soon realized the Trail Lodge is more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. A neighborhood with lots of families with children and pets. The grounds are well kept and the grass is always green. The Trail Lodge maintenance team responds immediately to all ...
    questions and requests. Our refrigerator was replaced the same day when it began to decline. After moving in we soon realized that one of the best things about the Trail Lodge is the location being minutes from everything. It’s like the hub of what is becoming a spread out populated area. It borders the Centennial Trail and we’re within walking distance to the local public golf course as well as the Kroc center and we are just a few minutes from downtown Coeur d’Alene. In short they have a great staff and maintenance crew and we highly recommend the Trail Lodge Apartments.

    could be better had to call 4 times to get someone to come fix my kitchen sink, had 3 different maintenance guys come and it’s still not completely fixed, a lot of things in our apartment are breaking or falling apart, would be nice to get everything fixed for the price we pay for the apartment, quality is lower than expected

  • Rent somewhere else

    -Mgmt changes often (new ones don't know what old ones told you) -Nothing is to be placed on front decks,which are selling feature to rent -They locked up back porch closets so we couldn't use them and reduced storage -AC units are over 20 yrs old, and parts can't be purchased anymore. They won't consider new ones. -Property can get messy with maintenance not picking up trash -Stove and dishwashers are so old they look and work terribly -SMALLEST kitchen in a rental possible -Worst attitude in ...
