Normal walking is heard as thuds. Your neighbor's TV or stereo will buzz through the walls, and that's often worse at night despite a policy of no noise between 10 PM-8 AM, but that policy is not respected by some residents and is not enforced. You will hear their phone ringing and conversation which fortunately is unintelligible. You will hear them snoring and will get to know their snoring pattern. You will hear their toilets flushing and showers running. You may even hear them peeing. Your sleep cycle will become interrupted. You will feel like a character in a Poe or Kafka story! Also, cooking smells may waft into your apartment, and this too is a fault of poor construction. Would the architects of this place want to live here? Not! If they had cared when they designed it, Trenton Terrace would be a good place to live.

Tub, some have only showers the bathrooms are very roomy & have a lot of storage shelves. livingroom & Large bedroom are carpeted. Kitchen & bathroom have tile floors. All windows have mini blinds furnished you may add your own drapes if you wish also. All apts. are Air conditioned & controls for heat & Air are in each unit & You control your own temps. Renters pay for their own electricity . Apartment building is three stories with Apartments on each floor. Elevator & steps are both available. Non smoking building & close outdoor area. is also non smoking. On the main floor there is a large rec room with kitchen & bathrooms available for use. This can be reserved for private functions & is free.. In the rear of the building there is a large patio with tables & chairs, BBQ grill & Private Parking lot all free for residents only use. Rent is based on your Monthly income. On site manager 5 days a week. Two Computers with free internet on 1st floor Lobby. Free internet available to all renters also.
