Apartment wasn't ready to move in Bathroom room are terrible both tubs stop up both sinks are the same. The tub in master bedroom makes noise while you are in it like you about to fall through. And it's still make the noise while you're not in it. Fire alarm is missing one of the toilet holder are missing.

I have difficulty doing this because I'm blind. Your maintenance people are the best I've ever seen in my life. The move wasn't the best in the world maybe because the apartment wasn't quite ready that could be my fault. I am greatly immensely happy with what I've gotten here the service is been outstanding from everybody when you're 78 years old and blind it's awful difficult sometimes but your people were understanding they were kind and I look for a long life here I've enjoyed so far getting ...

Ceiling dripping whenever it rains It is a recurring issue, with no one bothering to fix it. Problem is not resolved.
