This house is in a great location for a college student! It's right across the street from Safeway and very close to various other grocery stores that are great for providing the resources to cultivate your cooking skills. spacious and quite affordable, this 5 bedroom unit comes with 1.5 bathrooms and a small utility closet. Being the basement unit, it stays cool during the summer time which is important when the heat goes UP..on a Tuesdayyy! Not to worry, in the winter times, there is a central heating system so that you do stay warm. The management is very helpful as well. At any point when you need something done or something breaks, they do their best to get the job done the fastest. The kitchen is equipped with propane units and the water in all faucets heats exceptionally! The unit also includes 1 parking spot. Downsides include being the hub for the electronics to the rest of the house (Other house tenants may need to access them to make alterations, but hey, there's your chance to make friends with your neighbors). Additionally, there are more little critters that are likely to come into the home to enjoy the beautiful house. Other than that, the house is great!
