To be fair, these apartments are new, clean, and nice. The biggest perk is it's location which is very close to the medical campuses which is very convenient to medical students, residents, and others.
However.. there were a lot of empty promises when we signed up to move in. We were the first to move in and lived there for 3 years, consistently paying rent and never causing any problems. First, they called 3 days before our move in date to let us know the apartment was not going to be ready
...for 2 more weeks. They advertised a nest thermostat system and future gym which never happened. Considering the "luxury" title, it's disappointing that there is no concierge service (boxes and deliveries are left out in the public entrance). There were incidents where tenants cars were wrongfully towed and the owners of the complex did nothing to compensate those affected. The final straw was when we requested a one month extension at the end of our lease term.. and the ownership simply said no because they feared it would cost them the opportunity to attract potential tenants one month later. The ENTIRE communication happened through Elaine as the go-between. She is the office manager and is very friendly and nice, but practically useless because she would not or could not provide any direct communication with ownership. It was extremely disrespectful and futile.
Altogether, great location, overpriced for the level of "luxury", and some of the worst management I've ever dealt with.
