Ridiculous treatment of excellent renter
August 9, 2022I rented an apartment at Valley Springs for 3 years. I always paid on time, never a problem. However, when I moved out, I was supposedly charged a fee for cleaning or repairs of some sort (which is odd given there were a damage deposit and couldn't possibly be $185 worth of extra costs to incur). I received a call from a collection agency for this amount. I have left two voicemails and sent two emails to the office with no response. They have my forwarding address and phone number. If there ...is a fee to be paid, they should be talking to me about it. Instead, I get my credit dinged because they aren't willing to make a call? This is OUTRAGEOUS. What a joke. I was the type of renter who doesn't complain about much even when warranted (leaky toilets, oven lights and fans that never worked, old carpet, neighbors who fill their patios with crap) because I don't see a need to be 'that guy' and this is how I am treated? Unbelievable. I can't even get an explanation for whatever this $185 fee is. Nickel and diming me on an apartment that I would be shocked isn't getting remodel/refreshed (most of the ones in my building were way more updated, guessing mine was next once vacant) anyways! If you rent here, don't expect your good intentions will be reciprocated. Consider yourself warned.Property Manager Responded

Car breakins
May 22, 2021No security and my car was broken into. Management does not care and it has been an issue for YEARS. Ask the manager about it if she is in. I am sure she will deny it. Look elsewhere where they care.Property Manager Responded

October 14, 2019My family and I moved in the 1st of October and all I’ve ever had was great service and a welcoming staff. They e always been able to get back to us within expectation, and have always been so considerate. Rita is amazing to work! She definitely went above and beyond to get us where we are now.
