I am a current resident of this complex and I have lived here for close to 5 months now. When looking at the complex it does not take a rocket scientist to see that this complex is older than others, so yes it will have some problems. I will be honest during my time here I have ran into a couple complications with my unit, but they have always been resolved as quickly as possible! When I first moved in our A/C went out and was not working, we contacted the office and Jose the complex's lead
...engineer had the repair done within 24-36 hours. He has always gone above and beyond for us. In my opinion the property is very lucky to have him and I greatly appreciate everything he has done for us so far! The office/heart of the complex has some of the best staff members! Lauren, Kazee and Louisa go above and beyond to ensure that the residents are happy, granted they can't make everyone happy but they do try their best. Every time I have brought something to their attention and it does not matter who I speak with in the office they always get it fixed or give me a timeline estimate as to when my problem will be resolved.
This property is older as I said before but they are doing their best to make it look good and show the value of the property. Since Lauren the new property manager has taken over there has been a list of changes for the good and I look forward to see more changes through out the property here in the future! The only suggestion I have for the complex is to add a dog run for resident that have dogs. Overall, I am very happy to live in this complex!
