Truly disappointed! The front office staff here is wonderful (Ronald and Chris), and the apartments on the inside are beautiful, however, there if I had to do all over, I honestly would not have moved here a couple of months ago. I'm in the new building (Verde East), and although newly constructed, I feel as though this place will end up being an absolute mess very quickly. Each time I put in a maintenance request, I have to call the office to remind them it has been a few days since I placed the
...request, which should be unacceptable. Neighbors are also allowing their dogs to defecate in the garage, and people drive carelessly when coming in and out of the garage.
Let's get into the trash!! The hallway smells terrible because neighbors refuse to use the actual trash chutes, and instead drop food and used containers all over the place. I've spoken to management, and even swept and mopped the trash room myself, but still absolutely nothing is being done. The same trash has been left in the room for a week now, and the floor hasn’t been swept or mopped in over a month when I did it myself! There is actual chicken on the floor (regular occurrence). There is no staff to clean the trash rooms or to check these rooms on a daily basis, although that is what I was told would happen. I mopped in the trash room almost a month ago and no one has swept or mopped since then. If other people want to live with rodents, that's fine, but I'm not at all interested. For the price I pay here, I could have rented a private home in this same neighborhood. People need to do better!
