A few years ago, my home was lost in a natural disaster and my mom allowed me to live with her for a week while I waited for my insurance to cover expenses, during my short time there, I noticed a how quiet the neighborhood is and how nice the community is.

Village Square was a great choice for me and my family, it’s a very quiet neighborhood, the neighbors and staff are very friendly, and management is very attentive when it comes to maintenance requests or just asking questions. Would absolutely recommend this place for anybody looking for a quiet place to settle down.

Good maintenance, unreasonable cleaning fees

Pros: Great maintenance staff, couldn't ask for better
Cons: Your unit must be spotless upon move-out, or they will charge you exorbitant cleaning fees. $25 to dust the ceiling fan, $50 to wipe down the microwave, etc.
I would have given a higher review, but the fact that they didn't remind me of their excessive fees at the end of the lease made me feel ripped off on my deposit.

Visit Missouri from Oklahoma. This summer, visited many sites..But these unique took the cake. Clean,quiet and have a mature environment. Love the setting. It feel so Welcome. We are truly Happy Campers to see how Lovely the Village looks.

I have only lived at my apartment for about 4 months. So far, so good. I am recently divorced and needed something quiet, safe and affordable for me and my children. The leasing manager made the application process simple and took her time when describing what it is like to live in the community. Unlike other apartments that I looked at, which were a little showey, everything here has been what I expected. I am thankful that it is quiet, and the property stays pretty clean. I feel comfortable ...
with there maintenance staff members to - the apartments are older, and maintenance has come for a toilet and sink issue. They were prompt and fixed the issues. Apartments are duplexes, so I can hear my next door neighbor a bit, but not out of control.

I have lived here for abut 3 years now and currently they are asking for reviews for $5 off rent. I love living here because it is quiet. And there are a lot of trees/green areas which makes it feel more homey than apartment like. Dee ran the property for a long time, but now the office has newer staff. The management are on top of things and address issues right away. The manager can be tough if you do not follow the rules and they will definitely contact you if your doing something wrong, but I ...
guess that is what makes it a nice place to live. Also: I am in a 1 bedroom apartment. I like the layout and that theirs a basement where you do your wash privately. I feel pretty secure in Hazelwood, to. The police department maintains a lot of presence in the community and are pretty nice.

I have lived at Village for just over 7 months and, so far, I've really enjoyed it. I signed an 18 month lease - their special at the time for a 2 bdrm and found the price more reasonable than other places. Also, I have not had any problems with annoying neighbors. While the property is kind of on the older side, the maintenace staff has been helpful and friendly.
