Upon move in, bedroom window was literally out place as if someone tried ripping it out its tracks. The balcony door had a giant gap at the bottom letting ants and bugs in, and when it would rain/snow it would be in our apartment. Had to have the floors replaced because previous owner must’ve had a pet and the floors were scratched up, it’s not even real flooring it’s vinyl stickers they just stick on top of the old floor. Management changed every other month and had no communication with anyone. ...
Hallways smelled like urine and smoke (supposed to be a smoke free facility) all the time and there was VOMIT in the elevator for almost a week!!!!!!!, but we would get charged fees for leaving trash bins out after 9 am. There was broken glass and smashed beer bottles in the entryways almost every weekend. Amenities were ALWAYS shut down. The pool was open for maybe 3 weeks in the summer and when it was open it was so DISGUSTING AND MURKY that even the frogs and toads from the ponds were swimming in it. Do not move here and continue looking elsewhere for your own sanity.
