My husband & I moved in at the end of June/2019 into the largest 2/2 & we absolutely love our new home! It is the 1st place that we feel is "home" & love coming home everyday from work to our beautiful, peaceful, & tranquil home & complex. We were shown around the property by friendly & informative staff that made us feel welcome, as if we were already residents there. ...us. They never once made me/us feel like we were a bother. The staff is very friendly & knows my husband & I by name, as well as our dog. There is great communication & assistance whenever needed by the office staff, as well as the maintenance/grounds staff. All requests/work orders are handled very quickly & with respect to our home inside & out. We couldn't be happier with the beautiful floor plan & design inside of our home, as well as with the property. The pool area, clubhouse & other amenities & activities available on the property are an added bonus & friends & family love visiting from the area & out of state. We have received many compliments on our home & property each time someone new comes to visit. We appreciate the staff, all that they do, the time they take for the residents & all with a smile to give us the best place to live. We are proud & love calling The Village at Terra Bella our home!
