New Management, Poor Conditions
November 13, 2023With the new it is impossible to contact them. There are many things that break and management difficulty handling anything. Office hours are 9-5 and that makes it impossible for anything to be done even if you manage to get off work. Also the gate doesn’t work, so anybody can stroll on in and steal your amazon packages or car. Which has happened at least 1-2 times a month. Everyone in the office can come off as defensive and abrasive for what seems like no reason. November 15, 2017Usually when walking into a office, the managers stay sitting and greet me. Here, they stand up right away, & sit till ur seated. I hear the management is new, Ms.Mary is so awesome! Every issue an apartment can have
September 14, 2017While I lived here I encountered every issue you can imagine. I had never seen a bed bug in my life but was infested in the first week of moving in. It took them multiple calls to get them to even send an inspector. I had numerous rats and cockroaches in my apartment. It took them weeks to fix a leaking ceiling. My mail was stolen multiple times and when I brought it up to the office they made excuses again and again. When their billing system charged me the wrong amount they tried to hit me with ...a late fee. Do not move here, move anywhere else. It's not worth the trouble.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Awefull service and horrible apartments
January 25, 2017First when I was moving in there was an AC leak from my ceiling in the bathroom creating a small pool size puddle. It took them 3 days during which the lovely puddle was recreated several times and many more visits to finally fix it. Secondly I was shown a model apartment and the one I rented wasn't "upgraded" which I was told about but there should a difference between not upgraded and disintegrating kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Thirdly they switched management in the middle of the year and it ...made absolutely no difference. They switched to online payments only which is good after all it is 21st century but when I made my last payment in money order they failed to tell me there is 35$ charge and charged me after the fact even though I gave them the money a day before the letter in which they informed me that it would be the case.
