      It is a dump. They will lie to your face in a heart beat and take every penny they can from you. I am glad I moved out. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I have seen them do wrong to good people and allow others to do as they please. The pool always had that one person who played loud music that I could hear it near the play ground sometimes and no one cared to mention anything to her! We all don’t like the same kind of music so she shouldn’t bt allowed to play her music so loud for the ...
      world to hear. Maintenance is never on time and would come days/weeks later before something gets a bandaid put on the issue! Rent has gone up every year and we were tenants for a few years! I don’t see how they can increase rent every year. Loud neighbors everywhere and smokers! Dog poop is filled that you can’t even let kids play in the grass! Hallways are always nasty and they lie and say it’s from the AIR/TREES! I lived near the playground and I wouldn’t even recommend moving there. Maintenance can park in the grass and where they please but let a resident do that, they will have your car gone. My husbands car had nails in his truck because of them! Avoid this dump!

The management team went above and beyond to assist with our relocation from PA to SC; finding local furniture rentals and ensuring our apartment was move in ready when we arrived after a grueling 10-hour drive.       If it would let me give 0 stars, I wouldn’t even be giving 1. Over the course of our lease, we’ve had problem after problem with this place. There’s designated places to take your dog to relieve itself, but that apparently doesn’t seem to matter. Called multiple times to complain about residents letting their dogs go in the middle of the side walk. Had issue with ants coming in through back patio door after their lawn care people ran over a hill, took 4 days to have someone come spray to resolve ...

Complained multiple times about the dog upstairs that was kept in a cage most the the day and night barking constantly, they didn’t seem to care to do anything about it, I had to call animal control myself to file a noise ordinance complaint. And as a result of the construction for them to redo the area around their trash area, my husband got a nail in his tire. 2 days before our lease is up and we’re finally moving out of this dump, they have my husbands work truck towed! Thanks to their lovely tow company, the tire wasn’t ruined before but it is now and so is the custom rim. There’s many other issues at this place including cheap workmanship and poor electrical...the list goes on!

      I have been living here for a 1 1/2 years and my family and I are very happy here! I love my spacious apartment and balcony...The management staff (especially Tiffany) are always there for you when you need them...They are very professional and always pleasant! The area is beautiful, with a nice trail down to the Lake (Wylie) and everyone here are always so kind! It has made my transition from NY, a lot smoother than I anticipated! Flo

      This place is a joke! So is the staff. Our apartment was nothing like the model we seen. It was very dirty. I had to clean the oven 3 times before we could even think about using it. No drawers in the bathroom. Bugs and gnats all over. People do not pick up after their animals. The girl who runs the place is nice until you complain. She should be fired. Nothing is as it seems. The pool and area is dirty. The breeze ways are dirty. The noise is awful. They put the cheapest cabinets ...
      in I have ever seen. Leaks under the sink. We had a 2 BR, 2 Bath and one of the bathrooms which was supposed to be the master you could hardly turn around in. The other bathroom was bigger but the whole apartment was cheaply made. They need to clean house as far as the staff. They kept hiring different people when we were there but never got rid of the girl in charge who was the main problem. There at the last we were on a month-to-month rental and she told us she had rented our apartment. Surprise! She said they didn't have anywhere to go but we had to go and we were good tenants, tried to do everything right, always early with rent. The workout room is also a joke, always hot, half the stuff does not work, no paper towels ever and bathrooms were out of paper most of the time. This could be a good place but it's not!
