November 16, 2024Talked to some of the neighbors and this place is quite literally a dump... Some neighbors said the gym hasn't been up for over a year. Place smells and looks like Skid row. Really thinkin of cuttin the lease short. Managers rude and dismiss you. Maintenance is slow and nosy be careful with them.Reseña de Apartments.com
Terrible management
December 2, 2021I live here and can't wait for my lease to be up. It took 4 months to fix my garbage disposal. Everything has to go through the manager Lena and she will never and I mean never call back I need several repairs in the apt and still no service. AWFUL MANAGEMENT
February 1, 2021I've lived here since April 2011 and have gone through 3 owner changes and the most recent is the worst! Lina in the office doesn't care about the residents who have been here for years, she just wants us out so she can renovate the apartment. Don't get me started on their patio renovations, which by the way have taken almost a year to complete and they only have 3 buildings done out of about 10. If you go to the office and ask for a maintenance request they don't listen and you have to keep ...going or emailing them and then you get called a nuisance and are threatened with eviction just because you want your toilet or blinds fixed. We haven't had access to our gym since January/February of 2020 and not because of COVID-19, it's been turned into a break room for the guys doing the patio renovations. We also have people from the apartments across the street parking here which leaves us with no where to park and the office does nothing about it. Lastly, if you notice there's no actual website for these apartments which means you have to pay rent in person because if you leave it in their drop box it might get stolen. Bottom line please don't move here the new management doesn't take care of ANYTHING. LOVE IT SO FAR !
May 8, 2020I moved in Recently and I LOVE it ! I was very hesitant because of the reviews , but I took a chance . I was told they are under new management and let me just say they are such a great and friendly staff!! They were so helpful the whole time always answered all my questions with a great attitude I always felt so welcomed. They are always willing to listen and keep in touch at all times! DO NOT RENT HERE !!!!
July 17, 2019Megan, jessica, and staff are total crooks! I read the bad reviews online and decided to apply anyway. Huge mistake! I put a holding deposit on a unit and Megan said out of her mouth, “let’s us know if anything changes and we will refund you.” I decided to move out of state and asked Vista Springs to kindly return my deposit, keep in mind I let them know a whole 48 DAYS BEFORE MY SCHEDULED MOVE IN DATE. And now they refuse to return my holding deposit!!! If these people will do something like ...this, I can’t imagine the stunts they’d pull if I decided to rent. Not to mention these apartments are poorly maintained and look old and ran down. Do don’t believe the pictures !!! Do yourself a favor and do not rent here !Property Manager Responded
July 21, 2019Thank you Delicia for taking your time to leave a review for Vista Springs Apartments. I apologize if you feel that we did not handle the canceling of your application properly. I would like to refer you back to our rental criteria and welcome letter in regards to how we handle the holding deposit for our community. We are able to refund a holding deposit up to 72 hours after an application has been approved. Unfortunately after the 72 hours or in this case after 30 days we would not be able to refund it due to the length of time we held an apartment. We do wish you the best of luck with your new adventure out of state!

No complaints!
April 2, 2018On our second year living here and must say we have been very happy here. a couple of things that we did need maintenance for such as redoing our bath tub but a week later after letting them know it was done!! To me thats not bad timing considering im not the only one living in the complex. Leasing office team is super friendly!!! theyre always willing to listen and keep in touch at all times! quiet, calm atmosphere in this complex. Some review stating it takes management a week or so to get ...things done but can you blame them? theres many of us and some of them lol. overall loving it here! planning on upgrading to a 2 bedroom soon!!!!Property Manager Responded

Too high of a price for little service
August 24, 2015I pay 1275 including water trash and sewer. Before I moved in I was told they needed 2 weeks to clean up and fix what needed fixing ... I finally got to move in 2 weeks after and I couldn't enjoy my move in because things weren't even fixed and the outside porch was dirty .. and when putting in a work order, it takes them 2 weeks to actually come and fix whatever needa fixing. They still haven't fixed the patching on my wall from the hole the a/c men had to make to fix my a/c . It's been over 3 ...months.
