Landlord's solution was to give me a vapor product to put in my unit that is specifically labeled as not suitable for use indoors or in any living areas--because it is toxic to humans. Package clearly states it. Place needs to be fumigated. Falsely advertises 'Brand new studios!' (It's been advertised for the 3 years that I've lived here... They're definitely not new). Hallways aren't vacuumed. Mysterious things like a 'gym being installed' and floor closure/no floor access, with no actual gym to show for it. It's been almost 2 years. Still no gym. Window leaked water down the wall and into my unit because they didn't install the windows properly. They won't fix them. Cold air also leaks into the unit. Be prepared for high heating bills. No cold water during record 109F heat wave. Garbage doesn't get picked up. Indoor garbage room is frequently overflowing and stuffed with trash. Residents were sent an e-mail that it was in the terms of our lease to only leave trash inside of the containers in the trash room. So... you are to keep overflowing trash inside your studio unit instead? On and on. I strongly do not advise living here.
