We should be able to opt in and out of the trash service. 35 a month in trash fees is kind of wild especially living 100 feet from a dumpster. Same with the direct tv.Property Manager Responded

Excellent pet friendly community although dog park seems to be overwatered and as always muddy and saturated… pool is heated, but usually overrun with non-residence letting themselves in and children unsupervised making it difficult to relax and enjoy when they’re not shut down for maintenance issues.Property Manager Responded

Always welcoming, smiling, happy and ready to answer any questions no matter how small or big. They are always ready to help.
