Unfortunately, my experience has not been positive so far. Our lease stated that we would receive two key fobs at move-in, but we were only provided one. When the only fob was accidentally misplaced during our move, obtaining a replacement was a frustrating process. I was told I would receive a call when the replacement was ready, but after waiting most of the day and following up myself, I was informed it had not been made because there was no time. After explaining the difficulties we were ...
experiencing accessing the building, the replacement fob was created in just a few minutes. As new residents, this first-day experience left us disappointed with the level of communication, urgency, and customer service provided.”

It's a lovely, quiet community. Very dog friendly with a beautifully taken care of dog park. The pools are really beautiful with cabanas that offer a peaceful time out doors. The virtual work spaces are very nice as well as the conference room- I utilize these often. I've never had a concern with cell service or wifi interruptions. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond and are friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious with a nice size lanai that we spend a lot of time on and are ...

Maintenance is GREAT.
Still, lots of stuff to improve: let waste in common areas, packages being stolen, homeless people in parking lots/building. The office staff don’t really seem to care.
For the 16% rent raise I got last year (abusive!)… not worth it.

The community is clean, centrally located, the amenities are very nice and is really a great entertaining space for guests. The business center is very helpful and quiet when first moving in before your internet is set up. Its very dog friendly. I always find parking on my level so no carrying groceries up stairs or elevators, however the guest parking is a pain if you have more than one guest needing parking at once. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
