Where do I begin? My husband and I were so excited about moving here because of the beauty all around, but we’ve had a bad experience. Even after discussing similar thoughts with close neighbors, we decided to leave after our lease was up, and that still caused issues. First, when my husband I went to sign the lease to move in, we were told to come back another day to receive the keys. When I did so alone, I was told the papers I signed had been misplaced and I would need my husband back to sign
...papers before receiving the key. I stood my ground and got the key. Next, they only gave a married couple ONE mail key, when asked for another, due to misplacing the first one because we kept having to switch it off, we were told it would COST $50!!!! So that, we paid. No one ever responds to emails. When I have a need or question, they respond no less than 3-4 days. When we moved out, we emailed them some things that day, and I HAVE YET to receive an email confirming our prior email. ITS BEEN WEEKS. Only a large bill was charged to us saying we needed our carpet redone with no proof of it being needed. The management team is just okay, but one lady is the meanest. We heard from several people before we moved in, that we had asked how they liked it here, and they all mentioned the rude personalities of the management and boy were they right. The walls of the apartment, are SUPER THIN and just a primer, anything that touches them sticks. My husband had heard this from a co worker that lives here and it too came to be true. Theres no storage space, at all. For the price rent is, they do not keep up with the place. The exterior is very dull and dusty. The area is beautiful, but we are very happy to be out. Trying to leave, they are trying to charge us for an extra week of living there when the date of move out had already been a week prior, dated, and signed. We are very happy where we are now. Oh and if you do move here, they require a 60 day notice? Do yourself a favor, keep looking.
