April 25, 2024I had know problem with talking to staff at the apartment complex. I put in an application and someone reached out to me quickly. They gave me time to get necessary paperwork in and they will do whatever they have to do to help you in any way.Reseña de Apartments.com

June 21, 2023Call the number and you get a centralized office or answering service, which is obvious when they start asking questions about which location you are asking about, and repeat calls give you a different person to talk to. The leasing office is closed with a sign to call a different location. I called that location 3 times because I had set an appointment through their text messaging system which they funnel you into using when you call the first, main, number and ended up waiting around for half ...an hour. The second call was picked up, but they hung up on me. A very nice resident owner showed me their condo so I could see the floorplan. In total, I spent over an hour on site with no return call. The site is mixed between owners of condos and renters. The residents trend older. It was very quiet while I was there, but the experience I had and the information I got from asking residents was that there appears to be some confusion around the ownership of the apartments. It's been sold a couple of times, apparently. And, both owners treat(ed) it like a flipper instead of settling in and actually managing the place. Seems like a good place if anyone cared to take my money, which I assume they would want to do. I was able to confirm the unit I wanted to look at was not occupied by walking over to it and looking in the windows; empty. I also asked a few people in the local businesses if it was a safe neighborhood and they all thought it was. The neighborhood has everything you need, groceries, gas, fast food, even a library. This is also one of the few apartments in the area with attached garages at this price point. Disappointing that the ownership and/or management can't get it together. I thought the other reviews were recent, but if you look they are from last year. So, the unresponsiveness has not improved. And, no, they haven't called me back to reschedule, to apologize, to invite me to fill out an application, nothing; they couldn't care less as far as I can tell. Lets see if they respond to this with the baloney, "email us", line. No, call me back, you have my number, but you'd better do it quick and have a good excuse, otherwise you missed me, and it looks like you've missed plenty of others too.Property Manager Responded

Good Luck Getting a response
May 4, 2022I've seen availabilty here and on their website however when I contact them via this site they email they do not have availability. I then get a notification that they have availability from this site and I call and do not receive a call back, just an email days later that there is no availability. Waste of Time
August 12, 2019Don't waste your time dealing with this complex if you or your spouse have bad credit. It doesn't matter if one of you has excellent rating and rental history they still hold it against you. The units have very small washer dryers included so if you have your own these are worthless. Garages are small and so is the kitchen hardly any space. They will take your money and turn you down just so they can collect the money for themselves.Property Manager Responded
August 15, 2019We are sorry you were not able to qualify for one of our apartments. When a lease is signed, all lessees are jointly and severally responsible meaning that if one person of a couple defaults the other is full responsible. It simply does not make good fiscal sense to all persons with poor credit to move in when we have a waiting list of fully qualified applicants. Our apartments are delightful! Yes, it is a small galley-style kitchen, but it has everything you need. Our garages are an over-sized single car garage attached to each apartment with a garage door opener and door where you can enter your apartment via the garage. So convenient! Plus there is room for shelving along the sides and a raised concrete area at the back of the garage for storage. It is a very deep garage! Our washers and dryers are apartment sized, stack units. Most applicants are delighted to discover a washer and dryer is included in the apartment.
