        The worst apartments I've ever lived in from the management, maintenance, parking lots and the interior of apartments all of it flat out disgusting. I'm not sure how they haven't been condemned. I lived there 7 mths the 1st week someone tried to break into my mailbox there key broke off in the lock. I put in 3 work orders & 7 mths of emails they never fixed it. I was never able to check my mail period. But the manager told me I had no mail in my mailbox because maintenance checked for me. I'm ...
        sure that's not legal. A resident told me he had been in my apartment on numerous occasions told management she just laughed. That went on for 5 mths. Apartment above me was literally caving in my living room. I had cracks in the ceiling big enough I fit 3 quarters in them. These are only a handful of the issues I encountered at Waterside.

        I have seen some comments and complaints regarding Ray Hubbard Ranch I; mostly about the tornado that came through here, but truly, I have had no problems living here. I had to be patient and wait for insurance to come through but once it did, management went above and beyond my expectations to see to it all my needs were taken care of and quickly too! I love living here and would recommend this place to all my friends and family!

      • DON'T MOVE HERE!!!

        DO NOT RENT HERE!! We haven't had carpet in our living room since December of 2015!! We moved here in August and the apartment flooded the first time it rained. They refused to install the carpet since our furniture was still in the living room. Even after removing the furniture they have yet to install the carpet. After the tornado hit in December, they came to remove the carpet but left us with nothing but cement. We have been waiting since all this time for them to install the carpet but ...
        every time i call they act like it's the first time calling to put a complaint. After being here almost a year, they offer to move us to another unit but of course renew our lease and pay $200 more. II WOULD NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN AND I WILL ADVISE ANYONE EVEN THINKING ABOUT RENTING HERE NOT TO DO IT!! The Maintenance man that lives here has even told me that building E has a flooding problem in all the units. They are repairing units that are currently vacant, installing new carpet and floors but they can't come to our apartment because they are still waiting on cooperate and inspectors to come by and check the property.
