People at the Service Desk are horrible
December 9, 2025West Creek has great facilities but I must say the help desk is just torrid. I guess new tenants have to balance the good facility with very poor and rude staff overall mostly at the help desk.Property Manager Responded

Great Looking Facility
September 11, 2025My husband and I came to tour an apartment and learn about the community. Alivia N. gave us a tour of one of the 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments. The tour was great our guide was very professional and informative. I loved the pool on the property and overall the neighborhood looked nice. Amazing Experience
September 11, 2025I am looking to move to this area. I called and asked about setting up a tour. Alivia was more than willing to assist me. I came in the next day for a tour and she was so informative with loads full of knowledge. I have never had such a great experience touring an apartment in my life. This tour alone with her upbeat positive attitude was enough to make me want to apply, let alone the experience she gave me on the tour was beyond amazing. Wonderful safe place to live with office & maintenance staff that deserves 5 Stars
September 11, 2025My husband & I have lived here since 2017. All of the West Creek Team are very friendly, & work very diligently to correct any issues 24/7! Honestly! Our H20 heater broke at 2a.m. On a Sunday morning. We called the emergency number, maintenance number, within an hour Dave arrived with a smile on his face. By 6 a.m. a new H20 heater was in place. Recently the seem in our wall to wall carpet was fraying. Thank you to Junior head of maintenance & Precious the property mgr. The carpet was ...immediately repaired. Just know management will not play with neighbors who think rules aren’t for them! There are police from different agency’s who do live here. I just can’t say enough about how nice a place West Creek is! Family friendly, upgrades to property continues to happen. It’s definitely a place to call home!Property Manager Responded

Process was rude and tedious
February 1, 2025I applied to this place planning to move from my current apartment to here. Not only was the application approval process long and tedious (around 2 weeks and a half to even get my application processed). But the property manager was telling me that I had to break my lease and pay the breaking fees for my current apartment before I even get an approval from them. This was basically putting my living space in jeopardy but also my money because what if they somehow denied me and they made me break ...my lease beforehand? I would have been out of a home and $3,000. I tried to explain this to them and they basically didn’t care and said I had to do it in order to get a decision on my application. Nevertheless, I looked for other apartments and I asked each leasing agent from then on what their process was for people with previous leases and told them my experience and each one said that my experience with West Creek shouldn’t have happened and realistically I should have been given an approval or denial before making me break any lease or fees (giving up my home). After all this, they said my holding fee was non-refundable. Therefore, if you want somewhere that you’ll know your status quickly and are willing to see things from their applicants POV and be sympathetic, don’t move here.Property Manager Responded

Would not recommend
October 20, 2024They never come out and fix any issues with the apartment. They use the same excuse everytime. An emergency came up and no one could make It out… when the request was put in over a month ago. The apartment is full of silver fish. The apartments will have you hot, the a/c picks and chooses when It works. They don’t come out and fix It.Property Manager Responded

March 9, 2024Terrible communication, misleading information, and awful customer service. I’m sure the units are great but I would not recommend working with this management office. Before applying, I called 2x to make sure they had a unit available that fit my budget, and they gave me the availability date which was exactly what I was asking and applying for. I got the lease contract and they assigned me a unit above my budget and told me they never had an available unit at the cost they originally said. I ...was gaslit and laughed at. I did my homework and documented information for several complexes. I don’t know what I could have done differently.Property Manager Responded

Don't waste your time
April 15, 2023I never ever write reviews but this just was necessary. Was really eager about this apartment complex, but after scheduling an appointment for a tour I get a call from a lady in the leasing office saying, "don't waste your time coming here we have an apartment available during that time you were looking to move in, but someone else is PROBABLY going to get it." Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. What kind of complex tells you "Don't waste your time"? If you are even thinking of applying or ...touring...DON'T. This treatment is just a glimpse of what you would get. I called other apartments around and they were very happy to give me a tour.Property Manager Responded

December 7, 2022Never ever think to live in this community, property manager is unprofessional and do nothing to solve the issues instead they will ignore you. How come you become a property manager if you do nothing to make this community peace and quiet, neighbors are so disrespectful and you won’t have a peaceful life here, call and file a complaint many times but instead of solving the issue it’s getting more and more worst, management only care about money not for people live here. And sure you would love ...this I lost money ? in my pocket book only maintenance who came and fixed the toilet that day and my money was gone and when I report to management instead they addressed it they blamed me for putting money on my pocket book isn’t stupid to blamed you for putting money on your pocketbook? I’m so glad that we moving out in here and find a really nice community and management. So I would say west creek is not the place you looking for if you want a peaceful life. staff are incompetent
October 30, 2021been living here for quite some years. it used to be a great community, however, it seems like management hired the most incompetent staff in the past year or so. maintenance staff is terrible, does not complete service requests properly. staff in leasing office turn a blind eye to tenants' needs and keep talking about how handling 500 apartments is very difficult for them (isn't that the job?). won't recommend anyone to live here until they make drastic improvements.Property Manager Responded
