An honest review
February 1, 2024-My apartment flooded 5 times in my 2 years -I had a number of items damaged in the flooding -maintenance told me "This building just has plumbing issues" -Maintenance and leasing staff are very kind and helpful -Trash piles up like a giant, smelly mountain at least once a week -Juanita is unhelpful and rude -They will make up reasons why you cannot have your deposit back with no proofProperty Manager Responded

Absolutely not
August 2, 2022I have lived here for several years and it keeps getting worse everyday. Why do I stay? I have no idea. They have been nothing but rude and have had several people either quit or stop showing up. Which makes sense. But they hire someone new almost every day because it's always somebody different in the office. And they will all tell you something different because the manager is always in quote "meetings all day" And don't even get me started on the manager. She is very unhelpful and unwilling to ...help. The maintenance people except one of them are literally incompetent and can't fix anything. Our air conditioner was raising the electric bill up to ridiculous prices and they got them out there more than twice in a row and it took one maintenance guy which I think he was the main one to come out for it and he fixed it 5 minutes flat. Why did it take so long? I don't know. Don't waste your time or money. I moved out quickly and I would rather live in my car than live there.Property Manager Responded

Awful
May 5, 2020Quite honestly this complex was never kind to us, but we wanted to move out of our current situation and this place had some available. These people are just plain rude. The two girls in the office are both rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever. They each will tell you two different things and get mad when you send what they ask. There has been attitudes over voicemail and email and quite frankly, it’s not worth it. If this is how they are treating us before we sign a lease, I can’t ...imagine how rude they will be once we live there. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. Do I even have to give them 1 star?
May 23, 2017Where do I begin... In the first 6 months we had to have our washer completely replaced, our water heater completely replaced, one of the toilets worked on twice, and our dishwasher worked on twice. Now in the past 2 months we've been dealing with ants. At first we had them in the guest bedroom. I called twice and they supposedly sprayed 3 times and the ants still didn't go away. It took me going to Walmart and buying a $3 can of Raid to get rid of them. Well we just got back from a 4 day ...vacation and our entry way and kitchen was COVERED in ants. No food was left out. No trash was left out. No reason for our apartment to be swarming with ants. I called the office and they tried to brush it off by saying the pest control people would be here the next day. I told that someone needed to come out today! So a maintenance worker came and sprayed here and there, and of course we still had ants crawling everywhere when he left. He reassured us that pest control would be out tomorrow. I'm sorry I realize that appliances go out and have issues and in the spring there are bugs but in any house I've ever lived in neither my parents nor I have had so many problems in such a short span of time and for them to just brush it off is unacceptable. I would never recommend this complex to ANYONE! EVER! They claim to be luxury but are as out dated as my dads house that was built in 1995. Absolutely ridiculous!Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Don't Do it.
March 18, 2016Please don't move to this apartment complex. If you do PLEASE PLEASE make sure you check your apartment every other month for MOLD. Yes they should be called Moldbury Farms. They look great from the outside and some of the building are great. But I know for sure two of the buildings have MOLD they will come in and spray for it (bleach only) and paint over it and make it great again until it comes back and then they will tell you it's not MOLD and they everything is ok. The Staff is ...Horrendous Yes Horrendous the property manager is Worthless and she does NOTHING.. I am not even sure why they have her in the office at all. You would think Gross Builders as a company would value their renters but they don't and after dealing with them I can only see why the staff at Moldbury act the way they do, they are only following the great example of their Corporate Management team. Too expensive for the price, not enough usable space for storage. Only Comcast.
December 28, 2015I'm paying a reduced price for this apartment as what is listed now and it is too expensive for what features are offered. They have only increased their prices because of the property value. There are a few closets and storage on the outside, but the doors make it impossible to put any substantial patio furniture out there. The only storage space that may qualify is the one you will have to pay extra for each month until the end of your lease. Comcast is the only cable company allowed to provide ...internet/tv service out here currently. Water is done through a third party system out of state that could not even offer recurring monthly payments. Living on a particular floor shouldn't cost more and renewing the lease should not jump up significantly.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Horrible staff and customer service
November 20, 2015These apartments look nice but are very cheaply made. The worst part is the staff is very unhelpful. There was a guy smoking pot in the stairwell at night, and they said there was nothing they could do because it was a smoking building. They then tried to keep my deposit for damage that wasn't present. They broke several TN landlord laws regarding deposit return, and I finally had to threaten a lawsuit to get my deposit back. A home away from home
October 3, 2015Westbury Farm Apartments are one of the best and most affordable apartments in Murfreesboro. They take care of the property and they also fix any problems that may arise in apartments in a very timely matter. These are fairly new apartments as well that offer light fixtures in all the rooms. Free rent review
July 22, 2015I live in one of the best apts in Murfreesboro, Westbury Farms. I moved into my apt with new carpets and in top condition. The community is clean, including the pool, office and dumpster area is kept tidy. The front office staff are very friendly. I enjoy living in apts that are also quiet after a long day at work. The neighbors here are respectful and warm. Pets are welcomed as well. I have no issues to date with Westbury Farms and would night recommend them!Reseña de Apartments.com
A nice place in the country.
August 28, 2015This is the perfect place to live if you're looking to get away from the hustle and noise when living in a college town. Restaurants and great shopping are just minutes away. Westbury Farms offers 1-3 bedroom apartments with all the amenities. There is a nice pool, volleyball, gym, billiard room, and nice clubhouse where to host parties. Spacious and Quiet Apartment complex
August 28, 2015I've lived at this apartment complex for over three years, and I like it. We live in the two bedroom two baths complex and it is really spacious, clean, and looks new. They also have a huge pool and volleyball net where you can enjoy swimming and doing cookouts with your family. The only down side of living in this apartment is all the hidden fees. The rent was raised over the course of time I've been there along with renters insurance. But other than that this place is a quiet and nice place to ...live.
