Having her manage the property is always a relief because any needs are addressed professionally. Our Maintenance Supervisor, JeJuan is truly exceptional. After a brief conversation with him when I moved in over half a year ago, just recently he remembered my name and addressed me by name and went out of his way to say "Hello". I had to get to work quickly but wanted to express my appreciation of Jejuan's ...personableness and professionalism! January 14, 2023 - Reseña de Apartments.comManagement doesn't care, maintenance doesn't care. Apartments are falling apart. Grounds are disgusting. Don't bother filling out any requests for repairs. February 9, 2022 - Reseña de Apartments.comWe have been living here for 6 months now. In general is a good place to live. Neighbors are nice, the administration keeps everything clean and maintain good communication with residents. Laundry machines are brand new. And we love the events they normally do, like pizza party, donuts day, wrapping gifts, decoration contests, etc. The only thing that bothers us is the cigarette smell in the bathroom and kitchen. This is not for all the apartments, and you can't even smell it in the building ...hallways. But many times inside the apartment the smell is strong. high energy costs
January 26, 2021 - Reseña de Apartments.comI've been at this location for a few years. The energy cost here is higher that most homes for a 2 bedroom apartment with rates going up to over $500 per month. It is because the windows are drafty and leak heat and whole building feels drafty. Baseboard heating is difficult to regulate and cost increase during windy days. During the winters, plan to wear long sleeves and sweatpants every day, put plastic up. During summers, use fans and avoid ac due to windows and doors leaking air. September 18, 2019 - Reseña de Apartments.comI've lived at Westview for almost 5 years. There are pros and cons for sure. Cons being little issues with apartments–mainly because they are old. Another con is the apartments have basically no padding between floors etc, so it can be noisy depending on if little kids, etc live above you. But it's overall a nice place and you can't beat the location, convenient and beautiful. The pool/courtyard area is REALLY nice in the summer/fall.Property Manager Responded

July 19, 2019 - Reseña de Apartments.comHello, I have moved in to the top floor facing the south side and it doesn't get below 85 degress in apartment with air conditioning running. They just keep giving me new brand new air conditioners that don't get the job done. They are a joke here especially for the price. Besides the ac parking is a joke, there is trash along the property and a train that runs less than 100 feet from apartment all times of the day and night that shakes the buildings. May 8, 2019 - Reseña de Apartments.comI have been staying here since November of 2018 and have really enjoyed my time here. The maintenance manager is very active in fixing any and all problems and the apartment manager works diligently to appease everyone's requests and wants. The heating system did a great job for me in the winter time, which was highly important to me because I am usually quite cold but I was more than comfortable this Winter. The internet here is also the best you can possibly get anywhere in the country at 1GB ...down and up, which as a nerd this makes my life wonderful. I greatly look forward to spending the Summer here and checking out the pool and definitely plan on renewing my lease this September for a whole year. I would recommend anyone I know to live here and I would know they would have the same great experience I have had.Leer MásProperty Manager Responded
